Hey guys iam new to this board and i really find this place interesting. Anyways, i am here to get someone's input and thought on this. I am 5'10 and i weigh 213 pounds. But the most I've ever weighed was 253. It only took me 2 months to get down to 213. But now summers here and 1 have 8 weeks left to try andlose about 30-40 pounds do any of you guys think this is possible to be able to lose the rest of my remaining weight and reach my goal which is 170. I ope and pry i can lose the rest of he weight this summer. please someone contact me. Thanx for taking time to read my story.

hey im posting mine again bcuz i wrote yesterday n its already on the second page!! i want to keep it fresh so i get as many responses as possible!
okay i used to be just plump (5' "4" 170)...you know a lil bigger than all of my friends and i was okay with that bcuz my frends treated me normal....then i went on vacation to california wiht 5 of my friends for two weeks when school got out (our school got out way early [the 20 and we left the 21st) during that two weeks, we did alot of stuf in pairs of two. i was busy all day and i would hang out with all of them, just me and them along with everyone, and i would eat with every single one of them...and i did that for the whole two weeks. and when i got bac i pretty much did the same thing for another week until yesterday when i weighed myself and saw that i had gained 30 pounds in 3 weeks!! i went to try on a few of my clothes n none ... hey guys, i havent been in here for like a month! ok for those who dont know me im kristi i started my diet in feburary! but soon it got out of control and i started recording everything i eat! down to 1 little peanut, well a food diary is good just dont become obbsessed like i was, i had lovered my calorie intake to 1500 then a week later it was lowered to 1000 then got to a striking love of only 800 cals a day!! i did this for about 2 months and lost a total of 25 pounds! i did it so unhealthy, but i am happy to say i have gained 5 pounds back, im still not underweight and i would love to lose some more...but i cant diet because of what im afraid will happen again! so if all you or any of you have done what i have and u needa talk u can email me at strawberryhug89@yahoo.com my doc gave me an eating plan thing and tips if u would like to know it feel free to email me...well i wish everyone the best of luck!! and please do it the HEALTHY WAY!!!!!! ~kristi~

ive decided to eat 1200 calrioes a day along with my 2min runnign and 3 min walkign for 30 minutes and then my toning for teens adn might do a belly dancing video.. do u think i coudl lose weight on this.. i want tolose 30 pounds for auguast 27th when school starts!!
By the way i had the best tiem at my pool party it was the most fun i had in awhile im so gla di went and i want to thank everyopen who supports me on this site.. it really is helpful.

well guys im back from florida. and im happy to say despite my diet of the week of basically fat coated in sugar, i didnt gain any weight (i guess from all that walking).im gonna go read all tghe posts i missed. i mised you guys!

hEY HAS ANYONE tried the slimfast shakes that are 180cals and they replace meals and stuff i think am going to ahve one for dinner and lunch...so ya....!! /did u guys lose weight only having those, and a 500 cal breakfast and tons and otnts of nwwater nad a few fruits? do u think i'l llose weight

hey everyone!i feel bad again cuz i heard whos gonna b in my cuzins 16 and i know them all and they r skinny!=..(
i feel even worse about myself!and i just found out alot of things going on in my family that i cant handle anymore!i really need to talk to it with someone but it always seems like my best friend always tries to get a worse expieriance than i do and i hate talkin to my cuzin thats my age because first of all i feel like godzilla around her and she starts cryin if im cryin!but i cant help but cry!im a strong person but wen it come to things about my life and WEIGHT i feel weak.well i am now 219!its scary.i weigh more than my aunt who is pregnant and all my cuzins.

I know this is off subject but today I'm going to take my drivers test for like the 4 time. Twice it was in driver's ed. once i failed then i passed. then I became the lucky 4 out of 40 kids to have to take it at the dmv. I failed that one because I rolled my stops, yet she never gave me a warning. I don't think I'll roll the stops today but what if i hit the curb parrallel parking or something like that?? On top of this the women who does the drives, the only women is really mean.

wow i am like sooo happy today because i started in jan weighing 198lbs and i have just weighed myself and i weigh 179lbs i no its still a lot but since feb i havent even been dieting, ive actually been doing really bad like eatin 1 500g bar of galaxy the other night all to myself and like jus piggin out but i am happy that i have lost weight any way! now i am gonna put ma mind to it as in 10 weeks and 6 days so i soo wana b in a bikini. my stats are 5'8 age 15 and 179lbs!

Hmm...tell me how im doing. Breakfast: 2 rice cakes and a lowfat yogurt. Lunch: a sandwhcih on wheat bread w/ lettuce adn 2 pieces of salami,carrots, and a necterine Snack: a rice cake and ill prolly have a fudsicle lateer. dniner: idk but i do no were having corn lol. I started the toning for teens thing. I did it and got done with it in like 15 minutes but i forgot to rest for 15 seconds each time..ohwell. Then tonight were going swimming and bike riding. Do you think i need to exercise more?? thanks a bunch!! :) :) <33
