Ht. 5', Wt. 140 - *This is for anyone who is sexually active-have sex burns 300 calories an hour so i suggest you keep those guys commin!! oh and another thing this is kind of random but if u wanna loose weight do something im serious like tap dancing or what you love to do just DO IT and cut down on that bad food you dont even have to try that hard all u have to do it 1. stay active and 2. eat healthier well doing what u love like dancing already accomplishes number 1 all YOU gotta do is eat healthy. good luck everyone and i hope i helped lots of love mwahh xoxo!!

I'm a little bit overweight, and I'd like to lose fifty pounds or so. I'm a little embarrassed about telling my parents what I'm doing, because they would surely deny that I have a weight problem at all, but I know I do. My bff, calyx, weighs at least 10 lbs less than me, but she's a bit taller and a little overweight herself. My BMI is rather high, and I have a bit of a gut on me. I'd like to shapen up before school starts, at least.

Ht. 5'2.5, Wt. 179 - hey every1, today i did okay until dinner. for breakfast: strawberries, lunch: tuna fish w/crackers, popcorn, Dinner: steak, fries, a lot! (ahhhhh), salad with light dressing, milk, i guess i didnt too bad until the fries....im gunna exercise too l8r. ill try to eat more veggies tomorrow.....thankz guyz! -jenna

Ht. 5'1, Wt. lets say 150 - ok, im starting to see a trend here. When i eat breakfast i am more likely to binge later, and when i dont exercise i am more likely to eat more than usual. I'm not going to start eating until 12, and i have to exercise after that. Its really hard to do this otherwise.

i want to go back to school and weigh 10-15 pounds less than what i do now...i go back to school in about 2 months...what can i do? and i need some exercises for love handles, hamstrings and thighs...help!

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 150 - ugh well...tommaro morning off i go to a singing camp...im gonna fail the autions but w/e.....so anyways i am goin to try to run my 4 miles every morning i am there at like 6 before it gets wicked hot outside and like before brek and the day starts or w/e...there r three meals and im not gonna bring in bettween snacks cuz im gonna eat the same amount at the three meals anyways so yeh....so i hope i do good this week!! im really gonna try guys!!!! Ht. 5'1, Wt. 170 - crap!!!!! i ate alotttttt of junk food today :( but i exercised alot i went bikeridein alot and jumped on the trampoline and played in water and went swimming at the river and stuff ughhh i dont wanna ride a bike ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ht. 5'3'', Wt. 147 - I think Im going to try something new. Its not a diet really. Im going to stay away from anything greasy (it makes my acne worse anyway) and most things sweet. Instead of having 3 meals a day, Im going to have a couple of SMALL meals a day. I hope it will help more. LOL I kind of want a body like Hilary Duff because she is big boned just like me but she has a flat stomach and nice legs. How much weight should I lose? ~Paris~

Ht. 5'3'', Wt. 147 - Hey everybody. I have started eating healthy about 4 or 5 days ago and its really paying off. After about 3 days of eating healthy, you get used to it. My weight is 147 and hopefully it will keep going down. Good luck to everyone.
