Ht. 5'3, Wt. 164 - This is my problem.. I want 2 lose weight and i dont kno how. Ht. 5'0, Wt. 135 - im in 8th now and mostly in 6th grade was when i got made fun of being fat. they would say mean things like i had a big but and stuff. it hurt my feelings. and all these mean things that people said to me made me depressed im not kidding i have depression and ive been depressed since 6th grade. usually people dont say that stuff anymore only every once in awhile like this one girl called me tonight and goes have u ever heard of jenny craig shes a weitloss person and u should use her. it hurt my feelings. i dont cry as much as i used to. i think it's because ive learned how to handle myself. anyway im loosing weight for a couple reasons. im loosing it for myself to feel good,look good,and be confident. i also wanna loose it for other people i no thats bad but listen im loosing it for them so when i become pretty ... Ht. 5'3'', Wt. 147 - Hey, its me again. I think I might have an eating disorder. Either that or I dont eat a lot. See, its like this. I will eat breakfast but it wont be much at all. Like, this morning I had just a little bit of yogurt that didnt even fill me up. Then when it gets to be lunchtime, Im hungry. But I just dont want to eat anything. Then, but about 2:00 or 3:00 pm, Im really really hungry and my stomach is growling like crazy. I still don't want to eat but I eat a little something just to make my stomach shut up. I mean, I absalutly love food though. I don't know if I'm developing an eating disorder or Im just getting into the habit of not eating alot.

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 155 - I give up!!i get clothes once every two years and now this year i get new ones... its gonna take me 3 months to get to my goal weight and by that time i will have already bought my clothes HOW AM I GONNA LOSE WEIGHT IF I HAVE NO CLOTHES TA FIT IN AFTER WARD? Ht. 5', Wt. 135 - well my plan was to work out everyday for two weeks and eat healthy meals with no snacking. okay well i woke up at like 3:30 today so i skipped breakfast and lunch and im gonna have a healthy dinner but i don't think i can do my full workout at the gym. do you think if i just do like 50 sit ups that would be good? and did i do okay today? i no i havent eaten anything yet and thats bad

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 136 - hey, i just realized i have been coming to this site for 3 years. for the past 3 years my weights gone up and down. it never stayed consistantly.i need to lose about 15 pounds. but i just never seem too. i am not going to try any miracle diets or lose 10 pounds in 3 days thing. i think the problem with why kids (including me) are overseight is because we never stick to a routine. we excercise for 2 days then forget or tell ourselves ill do it tommorrow then inevitably we start gaining weight. and we wonder why we are fat. i know there are a lot of people in the same boat i am. im sure i speak for all of them when i say i am sick of worrying about what people think when they see me or wondering if i look fat in particular clothes or wondering how many calories i have to burn off because i ate that cookie.... Ht. 5'3", Wt. 210 - Hi, ive tried to lose weight for 5 years ever since i gained 25 pounds when i was 9. Ive tried everthing from diets to all typed of exercise and keep getting fatter and fatter and fatter. I gained 10 pounds in the last 2 months. I dont think I eat much. For dinner I ussualy eat 2 hot dogs and buns and a slice of pizza. Is that too much? Thanks.

I started by cutting out ALL SODA. all i drank was diet soda but still the sugar in the soda is bad for you not to mention since i wasn't drinking soda i was drinking more water. I drink water all day thats all i drink and if i go out i get ice tea with lemon and no sugar. I drink about 10 8oz glasses of water a day now. and i think it had been a big reason why i actually lost the weight. So then i fixed my food hbbits. I dont eat fast food anymore at all. If my family gets fast food i'll get a subway or a salad. I never really liked fast... Then at home I stopped snacking all day i found other ways to keep myself occupied (gum mostly lol) and if i really needed to eat i always have fresh watermelon (any fruit will work i just LOVE watermelon and it fills you up cause its almost all water) then i made sure i mesured out stuff like cereal so i was only getting one serving of it. I eat tons and tons and tons of veggies i was never a big meat eater so if i do have some its just a little bit mainly you just have to control yourself and realize that taste is only temporary. I FEEL 100x's better when i eat a really healthy salad or something it just makes me feel refreshed. Im a huge ice cream eater its my fav thing in the whole world so i get ben and jerrys low fat ice cream and measure it out. I get one with chocolate in it for when i need my chocolate fix and its great for "that time of the month" girls lol. I have slipped sooooooo many times of course but i just keep on going. Excersise is soooooo important i do 20- 30 min of intense cardio almost everyday day i miss some days but i try to do it everyday then sit ups on my giant excersise ball then any fun workout things i find in magazines. I also started parking my car FARRRRRRRR away since i live in california we drive everywhere lol so make sure i at least walk the parking lot. Things like that. I dance when i clean or when i just feel like dancing.
