Ht. 5'4, Wt. 140 - Hey everyone...i haven't been on this site 4 a while.. I need to lose about 20 pounds--the doctor told me so yesterday when i went to the hospital... its all okay i was having really bad pains and stuff and trouble breathin but they won't tell me whats wrong he just said that i need to lose about 20 pounds i can diet 4 about a week and then i just get mad and eat... Ht. 5'2, Wt. 136 - hey, i just realized i have been coming to this site for 3 years. for the past 3 years my weights gone up and down. it never stayed consistantly.i need to lose about 15 pounds. but i just never seem too. i am not going to try any miracle diets or lose 10 pounds in 3 days thing. i think the problem with why kids (including me) are overseight is because we never stick to a routine. we excercise for 2 days then forget or tell ourselves ill do it tommorrow then inevitably we start gaining weight. and we wonder why we are fat. i know there are a lot of people in the same boat i am. im sure i speak for all of them when i say i am sick of worrying about what people think when they see me or wondering if i look fat in particular clothes or wondering how many calories i have to burn off because i ate that cookie.... Ht. 5'3", Wt. 210 - Hi, ive tried to lose weight for 5 years ever since i gained 25 pounds when i was 9. Ive tried everthing from diets to all typed of exercise and keep getting fatter and fatter and fatter. I gained 10 pounds in the last 2 months. I dont think I eat much. For dinner I ussualy eat 2 hot dogs and buns and a slice of pizza. Is that too much? Thanks.

I started by cutting out ALL SODA. all i drank was diet soda but still the sugar in the soda is bad for you not to mention since i wasn't drinking soda i was drinking more water. I drink water all day thats all i drink and if i go out i get ice tea with lemon and no sugar. I drink about 10 8oz glasses of water a day now. and i think it had been a big reason why i actually lost the weight. So then i fixed my food hbbits. I dont eat fast food anymore at all. Then at home I stopped snacking all day i found other ways to keep myself occupied (gum mostly lol) and if i really needed to eat i always have fresh watermelon (any fruit will work i just LOVE watermelon and it fills you up cause its almost all water) then i made sure i mesured out stuff like cereal so i was only getting one serving of it. I eat tons and tons and tons of veggies i was never a big meat eater so if i do have some its just a little bit mainly you just have to control yourself and realize that taste is only temporary. I FEEL 100x's better when i eat a really healthy salad or something it just makes me feel refreshed. Im a huge ice cream eater its my fav thing in the whole world so i get ben and jerrys low fat ice cream and measure it out. I get one with chocolate in it for when i need my chocolate fix and its great for "that time of the month" girls lol. I have slipped sooooooo many times of course but i just keep on going. Excersise is soooooo important i do 20- 30 min of intense cardio almost everyday day i miss some days but i try to do it everyday then sit ups on my giant excersise ball then any fun workout things i find in magazines. I also started parking my car FARRRRRRRR away since i live in california we drive everywhere lol so make sure i at least walk the parking lot. Things like that. I dance when i clean or when i just feel like dancing. Ht. 5'5'', Wt. 142 - Hi guys. I'm new to this board thing, but its cool because a lot of you guys are like me. I'm gunna be a senior next year and i start school in a month. Whenever i diet, i always am really good for like a week but then i go out with friends and eat really bad. I like exercising but its soooo hot right now, even early in the morning its really hot. Last nite, my house was still 90 degrees at 11:30 pm! (my parents are anti AC) Anyways tho, i really need to lose weight. I'm getting really depressed and i never want to go out and do stuff. I hate swimming because i feel soooo fat in a swimsuit. I need you help guys! any suggestions for a diet that will help me lose weight fast? I'm definitely not into the whole low carb thing but i am looking to lose weight quickly. Please help! Thanks guys.

Ht. 5,3", Wt. 210 - Hey guys..My mom has informed me that she thinks I have an eating disorder. Becouse when I was a baby in my foster home i didn't get enough food. Ht. 5'6, Wt. 181 - I've been overweight all my life because I cannot recongnize stress from hunger. If I'm bored I eat lots of food. My goal is about 140pounds so I have to lose 41 pounds, I't will be easier for me because i just got a puppy that loves taking walks around the block.
