Ht. 5'6, Wt. 159 - lol okay u guys for christmas i begged my mom for some new clothes.. because well.. all my clothes are really old and torn up. so well i wear like a L/XL in hoodies.. and i was sneaking through presents today hehe.. i know Bad me.. ne ways.. all the sweaters for me are really cute but they are all size MEDIUM.. my mom always goes shopping like 3 months early too.. cuz were usually short on money so i know by chrstmas there will be no way to return them :(. what am i supposed to do.. ive never lost any weight before so i need help.. and i cant fit into any of these clothes..... ahh u guys im asking for help now.. and well.. seeing as this is a help site .. plz respond

Ht. 5ft8, Wt. ?? - hey, im new here and here's my story- iv always been tall for my age and up until i turned 12, i was always skinny too but when i started highschool all these new ways of getting junk food became available to me and in 2.5 years ive went from 5ft5-112lbs to 5ft8-150lbs!!! yeah i know my height has changed aswell but that is a lot of extra weight for only 3 inches and i also know im actually in the healthy weight range for my height but i am honestly not happy with my body!! i want to lose weight for me not for anybody else but i find it so hard to stick to a diet because i am a SERIAL binger. none of my family support my wanting to lose weight because my mum is a nurse and she she says im a healthy weight but im soooo not!! i look in the mirror and i feel physically sick just looking at my body, i turn guys down... Ht. 5'6, Wt. 153 - Hi ppls I've almost lost 40 pounds I started on august i weighted 190.All I do is do that bicycle that can't move on Mon, Tue, thurs, fri afterschool sat is optional and no work out on wed and sun.Im in dance in school and it's really cool sometimes i stretch after working out.I eat cereal 4breakfast and i eat at school cause food from school dosn't make u fat. Ht. 5'6, Wt. N:270 Mid: 170 G:140 - Hey everyone, I think i've finally gotten my plan in order to lose weight. Every morning i'll have some type of whole grain cereal with 2 percent milk. For lunch i'll have a ham and cheese sandwhich or a granola bar and some fruit and water. For dinner, anything thats cooked but very small portioned. And until I get the job i'm looking for I will exercise in the mid afternoon (afterschool) before dinner maybe even in the morning. I am going to be doing DDR (Dance Dance Revolution) as my exercise. I'm setting a goal for March to have lost 30-35 pounds. BTW I am starting the exercise part the day after Christmas because thats when I will have DDR. If anyone has any fruit ideas that aren't sticky like oranges I can eat with my lunch? *please reply* :)

Ht. 5'6, Wt. s:185 c:159.5 g:160 - YESSSSS!!!! *Screams so loud the windows break*!! I'm officially just 'at risk of being overweight' and not 'overweight'! I'm ssooo excited! Alright, so if you notice, i just passed my goal of 160 (i'm at 159.5 right now)and i think my next goal will be 155, then 150, then 145, then 140. I think my final goal will be 135..what do you guys think??

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 168 - idk if anyone else has this problem. im sure some of you do though. obviously im overweight. the problem is though, my mom isnt. shes 5'4" and 115 lbs. i feel like i cant talk to her about my weight and wanting to lose it because a) she doesnt know what im going through and b) its embarressing to talk about it to someone who is not overweight in the slightest bit. does anyone else have this problem that can give me some advice on the subject? thanks =]

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 160 - ok i have come here befor and im three millimeters from deciding to be anorexic once the weight is off ill stop i know they say after u make that a habit u cant stop and i can control myself prom is coming up in a few months and my cousin is always pickin on me because she has a perfect body and she said that i had to get fat guys because thats all i can have she hurt me emotionally and i want to get back at her by losing 50 pounds....i have been trying to be on a diet but i just end up eating more cause i have no one to stop me. everytime i try exercising i end up tired after only running for 1 minute i mean it gets me mad because my sister has a perfect body and has guys chasing her around i feel ugly and im the only that has to go through the bad moments when im buying clothes i have nothing that i can say "wow i look hot" because im a fat pig......literally someone please comment mine...i need some advice from people my age
