Ht. 5'4, Wt. 153 - hey guys im the one that said i wanted to go anorexic but i discovered a new way i keep my self busy all day chatting or on the phone and i only have 2 short meals everyday and i dont feel hungry and the weight is coming off. i hope this helps some of u i love you guys thaanks for the advice

Ht. 5'6'', Wt. 152 - Hey people. I have a simple question. I work out 5 or 6 days a week, and since the football season has ended I've been in the weight-room almost everyday for 3 weeks. I have also DECREASED what I usually eat since I'm not getting the same amount of excercise from all that running in practice. I've still managed to gain about 4 pounds in just a couple of weeks. Could this be muscle? Also, everyday after I work-out I always weight a pound of two more, and then it seems to go away the next day. What's up wit dat?

Ht. 5'4ish, Wt. 136 - OMG My mom just made cup cakes and offered me the left over cake mix and of course I ate it and yesterday round 6ish I weighed my self and I weighed 133 I was like all right and I went and grabed an orange around 8ish and then today I had a bowl of Lucky Charms and for lunch I had 15 pizza rolls and inbetween I had about 3 juicy juice apple juices I just dont no how I could gain 3 lbs do any of you guys plz give me advice:(

Ht. 5 ft 4ish, Wt. * - Ive been doing stationary bike for 20-40 min a day everyday and been cutting down snacking,. i went from 146 to 136 in the past 3 weeks, but i look like someone who is at least 10 pounds heavier at least with all this saturated fat all over my mid section. Sucks alot cuz it looks like im in the lower part of the overweight category when im really only about 8 pounds till my goal in healthy weight. Anyone have tips, i really want to be able to look at my mid in a positive way and not be called fat.
