Ht. 5ft5, Wt. *** - Asking for Tips:
I know this is a common thing but it seems like guys get hungrier easier and i wanted to know whats a good way to stay full. Im trying not to snack so i can lose 10 lbs in the next few weeks so i can start getting ready for track this year.
anyone have any ideas or do things that stop them from being hungry? If so plz respond.

Ht. 5'9, Wt. 200 - Its me again! Any ideas on a good work-out program i cant say i have that much time cause i have practice till 6 then i tutor till 7 or 7:30. But I am willing to devote at least 30 mins a night to it. Any ideas im clueless about stuff like this!

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 179 - well this is what i have eaten so far today, ( i no its not really really healthy but i did this last yr and i lost weight with it so hey lol) Breakfast - 3tblspoons of low salt baked beans, sausages grilled on george foreman, no snack, lunch brown roll, low fat spread, roast beef and a cheese twisty stick thing, no snack. Ive drunk so far 1.5litres. walked 2 miles with my friend, got back did 100 sit ups and weight and burned 250 cals on ski machine. For tea i am just making - 1 chicken breast - baked, 2 potatoes, carrots and peas oh yea also ive just made fat free jelly as i go back to school tomorrow and if im hungary i can snack on the jelly! how does this sound so far? thanx Lozza

Ht. 5'9, Wt. 200 - Well heres the sitch, yeah i know i am over weight and because im tall alot of people dont think i look that big, but i think i do and thats what matter. I play volleyball and softball and softball is starting in about two days. I hate the food at school so for lunch i usually get like pizza or something which i know is bad. During softball season i usually bring my own lunch any ideas on a good softball diet. Anything better then eat plenty furits and veggies! Thanks!

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 210? - Does this sound good? Breakfast: A small bowl of Weight Watchers cereal with non fat milk. Snack: A piece of fruit. Lunch: A slice of low fat 100% whole wheat bread(40cals), 1Tbs sugar free jam(10cals), a thing of fat free yogurt, and veggies if I'm still hungry. Snack: Veggies if I'm hungry. Dinner: A small piece of chicken breast(baked) and veggies. I'm also going to try to workout for at least 30 minutes. Does this sound good? This is my first(and last) go at losing weight(last because I'm not giving up this time) Wish me luck and any feedback would be appriciated. Thanks.

Ht. 5'8", Wt. 220 - Well....I start weight watchers tommorow... I am SOOO excited... I'm finally ready to be HEALTHY note I didn't say skinny because while that is a good reason... it's not my main reason... to be honest my main reason is ... my mom has always been extremely overweight my whole life, she would never come outside and play with me and she was afraid to go out in public so we never had much quality time, and I DO NOT want to do that to my kids.

so like ive been thinking, actually for like 2 years about the weight loss boading school, AOS (academy of the sierras) search it on google they have a site too! anyways its really amazing and id love to go one day but its really expensive, although insurance covers some or w/e! well like i wanted to know if any of yall had checked it out or even heard of it?! of if any of yall are interested in going?! well lemme know.. PLEASE :) soon too, cuz if youre interested, we need to talk haha.

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 170ish - Hey everyone, How did I do today? Breakfast : Oatmeal, bannana bread muffin (250 cals) Lunch: Fat free turkey on 35 cal per slice bread, bannana bread muffin (300 cals) Dinner : Small portion of sphagetti (400 cals?) Snack : Can of pineapple (neg cals!!) I drank 3 bottles of water today. Worked out for 83 min and burnt 830 calories. I'm gonna do 100 sit ups and 50 push ups. My mom wouldn't let me work out anymore tonight b/c I didn't eat enough. So anyway how did I do today?

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 254 - HELLO EVERYONE :) so i woke up today & something like clicked. i just wanna change! i started with breakfast and measured everything n wrote it down and now its lunch time and as a total ive had 600 cals today... and i wont be having anymore till dinner! :) for breakfast i had cereal with 2 % milk and yogurt with a smaller glass of choclate milk, which was together 500 cals then for snack/lunch i had 100 calor pack! which was yummy! hhaha & i wrote it all down! yay so am i doing good? im not rlly sure what inspired me.... it coulda been my research of weight loss boarding school or mtvs true life i watched yesterday, idk! but im happy.. i wear a size 20 and i ordered a 19 so im hoping i can fit into them when they come... well lemme know what you guys think! i plan on drinking some whater between now and dinner ... Ht. 5'3, Wt. --- - IMPORTANT-EVERYONE READ!!!! Make sure you guys are eating enough! I know everyone says that you shouldn't eat if you're not hungry---BULL CRAP!!! You still need to make sure you are getting enough calories (from the right sources). Today, I wasn't hungry for some reason, so I just didn't really think about eating, it just wasn't on my mind. I did eat, just not enough. Then, later I went to the gym to work out. I usually go for about an hour, to an hour and a half. Today, after just 30 minutes, I felt really bad, so I gave up, and went up to my apartment. I then collapsed, and almost fainted (I got really dizzy, fell down several times, couldn't walk, my sight and hearing were coming and going for about 10 minutes). It was really bad. So, just make sure you always eat enough, whether or not your hungry. Just dont go overboard and eat a bunch that you dont need.

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 165 - hi my name is andrea and i feel i am so disguisting i cant find one good physical feature about myself accept for my hair which everyone says that they want but i dont think is that great. i am turning 15 on february 24 and by then i would like to have lost 10 lbs and 50 by august. my friends say that im not fat when i say i am, but i just know what they are thinking in their heads! i dont consider myself muscular (especially in my arms..i can only bench 90 at my max) so i know the weight is not muscle..ive been trying to count calories, which is totally stressful and it doesnt seem to be working, because i end up saying oh ill just start tommorrow..and there is not many workouts that i can do with no equipment, all i can do is situps and crunches (which i love doing because i like the burn..i know its weird)so ...
