I'm going to try to go on a diet.. (again) I hate it.

I am bac well skool is starting soon and I have not got too much done I have been ging to the gym with my mom but I am sometimes too tired to get up in the moring and I really want to lose weight cause I want to fit in pretty clothes like other girls..... Well Even my graduation was sad cause ll these girls look SOOOO Beautiful and had these pretty dresses on and them I looked at myslef with a little t-shirt and a white botton shirt to put over it and I wore a long white skrit and flip flops!!!! I did not look pretty as the other girls and I was sopse to look back at that day and bye happy but I am not and for middle skool I really want to look back and be proud of myslef cause I never fell happy about myslef.... :( So please HELP ME!!!!! Please please please!

Ht. 5'7", Start: 236 lb, Today: 236 lb, Goal: 150 lb - ok so i was sitting here eating a cookie.....oops and i got 1/2 way through it and then i started 2 read sum messages and i stopped and now i feel.........well idk u just hafta know but i stopped and the worst part is its like 3am and im most likely goin 2 bed soon ........oops but i have drinkin 1 and a half waterz in the past few hrs......but i do drink at least 1 bottle of water every night

I cant walk up a level of stairs without havin to take a rest. this is my average food i eat everyday BREAKFAST:pancakes with syrup 2 fried eggs and crispy bacon SNAK:3 paks of twinkes LUNCH: pizza and fries or a burger and fries SNAK:crakers and spray cheese DINNER:Macdonalds large big mac and fries and a coke+refil SNAK:potatoe chips! loads i know

Ht. 5'7", Start: 315 lb, Today: 210 lb, Goal: 180 lb - ok todays cardio so far 60 minutes on the elliptical called the cybex it is the hardest machine in the gym i burned around 1065 calories and did about 1.75 miles and really worked hard with the resistance really high todays food so far breakfast bowl of special k wit skim milk snack a peach lunch a veggie burger 140 cal with a whole wheat bun 2 slices of tomoatoes a few cucmber slices and a bowl of fruit salad everyday i drink tons of crystal light and i forgot i did alot of weight traiing today and i am gonna do at least 20 minutes on the red (its and ab machine ) how do u think i do so far today
