So i dont eat very muchand all i do is drink water. well dont criticize me for being unhealthy bcuz when u dont feel well, u dont do nething else to upset it. Today all I had was water, two sunny side up eggs, a tortilla, and a pasta Lean Cuisine. I hav lost like, five pounds and i no it wont stay off but it feels so good. i mean, i can actually notice the bones on my wrist and my collar bone. and there is like, one other thing i hav noticed: when i wrap my thumb and middle finger around my wrist, the overlap! I know i shouldnt b getting to excited and all, since i really am just sick, but it is a great motivator and it just feels GOOD. just saying. Well i will ttyl. I think i am gonna go to bed and lay down bcuz i am nnot feeling to well (hense the not fully correctwords i m typing) so good luck to all!

Right after you wake up and you're still in bed do 10 crunches, then the next day and 1 more keep doing that until you're up to 100. Yoga is a great toner (plus it makes you taller :). Every week that you stay on your plan reward yourself with anything but food for me it's a long bike ride, a trip to the zoo, or a facial. If you're unhappy that school is starting, think that it helps you loose weight. For me, we have to run to get to classes on time, I walk home, I drink more water, and you don't have time to stuff your face. I have a shirt and skirt that is my goal. That when i can fit into them perfectly I can quit.
