Ht. 5'2", Start: 118 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 105 lb - Hi, I am 12 yrs. old in the 7th grade and I am very active. I run track , I play softball and I am a cheerleader. I really want to lose weight because I want to be healty. I dont want to die early. I want to do this for not only myself but for my mom so that she will be motivated to lose weight. Junior High is very tough and I want to look presentable.Being overwieght is fustrating and sometimes I want to give up. Please reply to this message and help me understanfd what I should do.

Ht. 4'11", Start: 105 lb, Today: 105 lb, Goal: 80 lb - Well you know the wieght already and hieght and age. But one thing that is hard is loosing the weight! I swim EVERYDAY and 1600 meters every single day.
I'm a very fast swimmer but just can't loose the weight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My freinds always say the word fatso so I thinks they are saying that I fat.:(. If you tell me any other way than eat less or more sports.
P.S. Because I do baseball,football,tennis,and swimming.

Ht. 5'0", Start: 133 lb, Today: 137 lb, Goal: 72 lb - I can't stop gaining the weight. When I lose the weight the weight comes back with 2 pounds more than what I started with. I just need help. I play softball then I eat food after softball. The weight I lose in softball I will gain right back. My best friend said I will flaten her like a pancke. I just need help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ht. 4'6", Start: 198 lb, Today: 198 lb, Goal: 87 lb - hey, i'm samantha's older sister. i used to be overweight too, so i know hoe u must feel. i think i can help. start with walking around your block for 20 minutes every day for a week or two. when u feel ready, start speed walking, then jogging, then running. remember to bring only water with u, not fruit drinks, it'll help. or, if you don't like walking or running, try bikes or scooters. if you dothis, you'll definitly lose more weight. next, instead of taking fruit drinks,or using crystal light and stuff like this, only drink water, even when you are hungry for a snack, because it fills you up. for snack, celery with peanut butter, or better, celery and a pinch of salt. yum. or, baby carrots and ranch dip. for lunch, try whole wheat bread, or two days in the week you can bring a salad. home lunches are much healthier thsn school lunches. for dinner, look online for something with...
