Ht. 4'6", Start: 198 lb, Today: 198 lb, Goal: 87 lb - hi my sister is overweight and i used to be too. here are some steps to a healthier you. 1. Try eating no bread or cookies for a week. bread can make you gain weight. 2. for lunch, how about a salad with chicken peices? REmember, instead OF salad dressing, use nothing, or find the salad dressing with the least fat and calories 3. no, no, no, no, fruit drinks or powdered drink mixes. try drinking only water, especially when you are hungry, jut suck on ice, or make fruit juice ice cubes. water fills you up. 4. when you feel like eating an unesessary meal, take a jog, or take a jog, and have half a small candy as your reward, the other half save for the next day. 5. skipping meals does nothing but make you sick. so does throwing up your meals. just choose the healthier, smaller meal. your parents will be proud if you pass up fast food for healthy snack, it willmake them happier. 6. ignore mean comments. just think of how jealous they will be when they see how you lost weight.
