Ht. 4'6", Start: 198 lb, Today: 198 lb, Goal: 87 lb - weight tips for excersizing: 1. while watching your favorite show, do bicycle pedals with your legs. for the first show, 5-10 minutes, then go longer for each show you watch. soon, it''l be so easy! 2.after you've done the pedaling excersize for a week, it will feel easier to ride a bike. remember: start out slow, then go fast! 3. while going to classes in school, go up the stairs as many times as you can. take it as challenge! 4. get involved! organize a run to make donations, or get a group of friends and have some races! 5. whenever you hear a song on t.v., dance for the whole song! Get your body moving as much as you can. 6. jump rope excersizes all the parts of your body. so anyone who is worried about their health , just jump rope! 7. for a while, you might feel like you aren't gtting anywhere, or the tips i told you aren't going to work. it's natural. even i felt that way at first, but i did lose the weight! 8. last tip , get in as much excersize as you can! Be creative, and find ways to get excersizing while doing something that involves none,or hardly any excersize. excersize alot!
