Ht. 5'2", Wt. 153 - Hey guys, you know how people go on low-carb diets? Well, you need them to survive. Here are some complex carbs (the kind that's better for you) you can eat all of the time if you are dieting... asparagus, broccoli, cabbage or chinese cabbage, carrots, califlower, celery, chicory, collard greens, cucumber, eggplant, endive, escarole, frozen mixed veggies, green or yellow beans, kale, leeks, lettuce, mushrooms, okra, onions, parsnips, red or green peppers, radishes, rutabegas, shallots, spinach, sprouts, summer or zucchini squash, tomatoes, turnips, and 6 oz. V8 juice. (a serving is about half a cup or one cup of it raw) These are supposed to keep you fuller, longer. Hope this helps!

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 153 - Hey, can any of you give me a workout plan? I have some weights, a treadmll, and myself. That is all. I was wondering because I have gained back the 5 lbs. Well, as far as I know. So, thank you sooooooo much if you respond! ps, I want to be able to pass the Presidential Fittness Test if you could include some of those. Oh, I also have a fittness tape with yoga, hip-hop dance, and cardio kickboxing. Thanks again!!

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 154 - Today's food: Breakfast- 1 low-fat poptart Snacks- 1 tortilla and 1 peanut south beach diet bar(yum! ps I am not on the diet.) Lunch- 1 teriaki burger, 6 fries, non- fat milk, small salad, and cucumbers and tomatos in italian dressing. Dinner- going out, don't know. How do you think I have done? Thanks for posting!!

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 167 - i am 166 lbs and that is a lot of weight, and i know i am over weight. i wear a size 10 jeans. and the rest of my sisters are older and skinnier and make fun of me. like my sister is a size 1 or 3. i really need to loose weight! if anyone has any tips on loosing weight, please tell me! but i am not looking for tips that will make me build musles; i have way more than i need. o yea and anyone who says crunches help are wrong, because the only help build musles and you wont even be able to see results if you have fat in your tummy. PLEASE HELP ME!!!
