Ht. 5'3", Wt. 153 - Today's menu... Breakfast- 1 peice of apple toast, 2 sausage links with milk Lunch- South Beach Diet lunch, sugar snap peas, alphabet cookies, sugar-free jello with diet coke Dinner- not so good... Mc D Mighty Kid's Meal chicken nuggets, apple dippers, and a diet coke. Not too bad, not too good. Please post your opinion! Thank you soooo much!

Ht. 5' 6, Wt. 147 - oh my gosh, I'm so sore! I went to the gym yesterday to meet with a trainer and he was hot hot hot! lol. well anyway I feel really good on the inside and I have a basketball game today and I'm gonna start really eating healthier and less. good luck to everyone and remember if you truely belive you can do it than you really will and can!

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 153 - Hey everyone! I really suggest you get the MissFit workout dvd kit (missfitvideo.com) because it has yoga, hip-hop dance, and cardio kickboxing. (which I just finished) Hip-hop focuses on hips and thighs while yoga focuses on arms, legs, and abs. The cardio kickboxing focuses on hips, thighs, arms, and abs. Hope you get it!

Ht. 5 2, Wt. 127 - today i had life cereal, toaster stroodle bannana, chinesse food(in the menu it said their food was healthy, and oatmeal. i think i did all right exept for breakfast. comments please? i need to lose WEIGHT!

Ht. 5'2", Wt. 153 - Here is what I ate today... Breakfast- bowl of Frosted Mini Wheats with 1% milk Lunch- Turkey sandwich (mustard, pepper jack cheese, light miracle whip, and turkey)and a cottage double(cottage cheese with a fruit sauce to put on it, 120 cals. and 3 grams of fat)with water. How did I do? What should I do to make it better? Please post and thanks soooo much if you did!
