Sorry for my last post, my computer went wack, and yah. Well, what i am saying is that plan your goals at 5 pounds at a time. And you will loswe weight much faster, ebcasue your brain is not focused on 10-20 pounds to lose, and pluse you will feel like your weight is going down more faster. EAT CELERY. it uses alot of calories in your stomach to digest it. And calories turn into fat if you don't use them So it uses those calories to break the celery down, digest. trust me I learnt it in health it helps you to not gain any more weight. BELIEVE ME!

I have always known I am a little chubby but now I am FAT!!!I gained weight a lot and i hate it. At my friends house my 3 friends were getting weighed and i was so scared about it coming to my turn becase i am so much fatter than they are. then my friend Jennifer said dont let Luisa get on the scale she will break it. then she said you realy need to go on a diet you are getting fatter and she said her mom had said I am getting realy fat. Then they all laughed. My face went red and i felt like crying so i phoned my mom and she came to bring me home.when i told my mom what happened she said i have gained weight and she has noticed the rolls around my tummy. I feel discusting and i dont know what to do!!!!!!!!

Hey you guys, I"m in middle school, 8th grade, and i'm tired of my weight too. I'm 5'6" and 150 lbs. I want to be 140 lbs, and i'm gonna have to work for it. You'll have to work for it to. Just try to get on a regular exercise routine, or play sports, or shop or goof around to get exercise. And with the food, you can eat what you'd normally eat, just limit it and cut down, or save some for later. Like cake, have a thin slice one a week rather that every day if you normally would. Keep a diary of what you eat. Check your calorie intake, and make sure it's not over 2000 calories. E-mail me at if you have any questions, and i'll explain further. Good Luck!
