Ht. 4'11, Wt. 130-140-ish? - hey, everyone...been kind of down lately with how i look. my stomach especially ; but anyways. i guess i've jsut been extremely loney when it comes to me loosing weight ; all of my friends are fit, and perfectly okay...and they dont need, or they can't afford too, loose anymore weight. so, it's kind of a 'on my own' thing, which i aint too good with. i've been extremely sad and just...i dont know. when im sad...i eat more, even when i know the effects it will have later...ttyl..

Ht. 5'5, Wt. s:185 c:161.5 g:160 - YES GUYS! I haven't messed up in two days! Go me! lol..anyways, today is my 'fun' food day, where i let myself have one fun food, under 150 calories of course. So that was this small piece of pumpkin thingy, with a lil bit of frosting, and a glass of apple cider after church. Breakfast-1 cup of oatmeal with walnuts and a little bit of brown sugar (250 calories) Lunch-Frozen dinner with a tortilla (350 calories) Snack-1 piece of wheat bread with 1 tbls of peanut butter (160 calories). Dinner-Turkey breast, spinich leaves, and a little bit of italian dressing on a tortilla (220 calories) So that is about...1100ish, which means I'm doing good. I have also had like 5 or 6 water bottles (10-12 8 ounce glasses of water). Oh yeah! And i also did 45 minutes of DDR. Am i doing ok??

Ht. 5'9, Wt. 193 - Alright omg, I see what some people talk bout the drama.. whatever... if some of u hate me.. good for u.. I really dont care because I know I am just here to support people and get support. Some of u dont want to help me whatever. But anyhow, Just really wanted to say I went to the mall yesterday ... walked for 3 hours! lol major cool for me cause I never walk a lot because at my house, there is no where to walk! we live in the middle of no where and Icant walk down the road cause its really busy and our neighbor dogs will eat me! lol but I'm happy... Today I ate a half cup o yogurt and a piece of toast totaling about 200 cals... but I did eat a piece of chocolate and I have no idea how much that was... I messed up my foot yesterday in the 3 hours so exercise should be fun tonight! well... hopefully I can get back on track and start losin again.. Ht. 5'7", Wt. 170 eek !! - omg you guys. both of you piss me off. like seriously, shut up. not trying to be mean or anything, but its getting annoying. why is it such a big deal to you guys if people use to different names? they could be friends on the same computer , and just forgot to change the height and weight, and anyway, it doesnt matter at all what there names are ! can you please just get over it. like someone asks for advice on something and you just flip out at them because there name is different then what it was before? honestly what is the point in that. your just taking up space on this board. just help them if you can, and get over yourselves and the fact that people go on to different names. sorry this board cant be exactly how you want it, but everyone else here seems to be managing just fine with how this works. i seriously dont want to be mean or anything but that really really really pisses me off how your like flipping out at other people over NOTHING

Ht. 5ft 5, Wt. 165 - Does anyone have tips on loosing weight in your lower abdomen? That seems to be where I carry ALL my weight. My legs and upper body look fine, but then my stomach is a whole different story. This makes clothing especially hard. A medium shirt is baggy, but while a small fits the rest of me perfectly my gut feels the need to announce itself to the world.

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 130 - Hey havent posted in like seems like forever, i havent lost n e more weight, and to tell everyone the truth i am quite happy either way. I've learned to love myself to an extent where i could be happy at 300 pounds. I htink everyone should be that way. Something i did today was took a picture of myself today, and then looked at some of my old pictures from when i was greatly over weight, it made me feel better, and i think that is a critical part of this long strenuios process. It isnt about losing wieght, it's about becoming comfortable with urself. N e way, goodluck and goodjob to everyone! *(*lizzie*)*

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 160 - I always try to start eating healthy and work out and it always lasts about a week. I cannot stay motivated,I have been trying to lose weight for years, but I CANNOT get motivated. I don't know what to do anymore, I think my biggest problem is with my eating habits. I wouldn't have a problem working out if I was able to eat healthier. Its really hard for me to find healthy recipes that i like because i am a picky eater. I really dont know what to do anymore, but I am so uncomforatable with myself and i really would like to look different and be healthy. If anyone can help me please do. I really need ideas that will work for me.

I founbd a way to stop you eating when you're not hungry, take up a musical instrument. I come from a musical family anyway, but was never really interested untill i got into the indie scene, I started playing guitar a month ago. When you want to sound good,(because ppl are always not as good as they want to be when coming to things like that!!!!!!!) you practice more and more. it doesn;t have to be expensive, just one you always wanted to play..... once you get your hands on one and you REALLY want to sound good, the more you practice, the more you practice, the better you get, AND the less unnecessary food you'll binge on when your bored. it might not help you, but it has me, I havent lost that much weight, but it's working slowly but surely :D

Ht. 5ft2, Wt. 142 - ive just weighed myself, something i have been dreading for ages and it came up as 9 stone 11 pounds the last time i weighed myself was about a month ago and i was just ova 9 stone that means i have put on about half a stone in a month which is so unbelievable. i have always felt low about how i look but boys have always cheered me up seyin im 'fit' all that has stopped recently i have just lost my boyfriend and my mom and dad are splitting up all ma world is crashing around me and i feel so ugly. please help me do this i want 2 loose nearly 2 stone so i can go back to how i was about 3 years ago. write back xxxxxx  (Note: 1 stone (st) equals 14 pounds.)

Yeah, just alot of drama and ego trips goin around on this board. lol. So yeah, I'm sorry if you took anything I said personal. You seem like a great person and I'm sure you are, so I just wanted to clear things up. And that goes to everyone else too. (*coughmontanaandjanealcough*) Maby we can all just be cool with eachother (consitering practicly all of us probubly haven't even met another single person on here face to face) and focus on what we're here for in the first place.
