Ht. 5'2'', Wt. 133 - THANKSGIVING! The best food of the year is tomorrow. I'm pretty excited to eat some of the great foods, but nervous at the same time. I'm on a diet and can easily sleep. So heres what I planned. Tomorrow will be a no diet day. I can eat what I want, when I want. Honestly, there is no use trying to diet on Thanksgiving. That type of food comes once a year and I'm not missing it. Then I'll get right back on track the following day. So this is for you guys....live a little tomorrow. Who cares if you have an extra peice of pie or turkey! Your not going to gain 5 lbs, and your not alone. Everyone else in the country is going to be eating tons too. So enjoy yourself tomorrow and forget everything!!

Ht. 5, 5, Wt. . - Hey guys, I'm feeling great today. Last week I was on my period and I was so depressed about my weight after I weighed myself. I was gaining so much weight for some reason (or so I thought). So I just weighed myself today and I weigh 6lbs less than I did last week. I think that is so weird, but my body must really retain a lot of water for me to have such a decrease in weight. I know it had to have been water weight retain because I didn't change my eating habits or excersize. Anyway, this is just a heads up to you girls, don't weigh yourself during your period if you want to stay away from discouragement. Haha..weird post I guess.

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 270 - TODAY, I think I did pretty good lol. For breakfast I had sausage and eggs, I was out of cereal and I sorta snacked on chips for lunch and for dinner since we're in the process of making Thanksgiving dinner I have to make something easy and the only thing I have is a mini pepperoni pizza thats like 350 cals, and with that i wont have pop-soda, i drink water...and since I havent started my "diet" yet I am not exercising but I think I did good on eating today, nothing really greasy, comments welcome

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 140+ - hi i am 14 and weigh just over 140 poundz i am new here and have egnored my weight in the past and have put on loads of weight in the past few months. my belly is the worst just under and above my belly buton is the worst does any one else have this problem. i tried to put on my fave pair of pants 2 day and the button would not fasten and the zip kept coming down and my belly hanging out i felt so bad. who else feels like me or has a big belly or is just chubby plez respond!

Ht. 5'6'', Wt. 160 - i went on a 5 day back packing trip and it was AMAZING, i didn't kno how much i loved being in the outdoors... its awesome.... i lost like 10 pounds... it was hardcore... im really proud of myself! EVERYONE SHOULD BACKPACK!anyways.... weight loss buddy, that's why i haven't really been posting lately! i hope your doing well!
