Ht. 5'8, Wt. 160 - ahhhhhhhh I hate myself so much right now. Some days I eat like 1000 calories and some days I eat like up to 1600 or more i dont even know because on the days when I DO eat more than usual I cant stop!! and i cant find a happy medium eating like 1200 calories...i dont know why its horrible:(:( So basically my days are either really good or really bad, and it really puts me down, i need help!!

I ate healthy and well also, everyday i walk around my school which is like a mile long and wide, and i have classes all over it so, eating healthy and walking around i guess!

Ht. 5'4, Wt. st 185 now 162 - HELLLLLLLLO. I did good today i was so proud. i had oatmeal and an orange for bf then lunch i had subway.. snack i had a 120 cal oat bar thing .. a couple handfuls of popcorn... dinner we had soup which i didn't eat that much of then i had another snack bar thing after the gym .. at the gym i did the eliptical for 30 minutes then the stair stepper for 15 i burned about 500 and some odd calories :) then i cam ehome and did 400 situps and yeah i think i did pretty dang good.. i hope everyone else had a gooood day <333

Ht. 5'1, Wt. S135 N: 117 G: 110 - my mom wont leave me alone about eating. . . but i cant!!! i want to, i really do, but i cant!! i just know that im gonna start eating again and gain all my weight back, and maybe even then some!!! this weekend my friends came over and they like forced me too eat all these chips and pizza and stuff, i threw up afterwards cause it just wouldnt stay down!! my mom has threatened taking me to the doctor about an eating disorder and everything, but i dont think i have one! i mean, people with eating disorders are like skinny, im not fat but im by all means not skinny!!! i know that ppl with eating disorders think they are fat, but i know that im not skinny an di know im not fat. im so confused!!! im losing weight too quickly, and i know it shouldnt be this easy!!! :( brooke): ahhh i need some help!!!

Ht. 5.4, Wt. 9 - follow dollas supa dupa diet and loose a stone in 3 weeks...do not snack..EXERCISE AL THA TYM! try it and eat reali healthy foods n get rid of u fatys  (Note: 1 stone (st) equals 14 pounds.)

Ht. ., Wt. . - If you need help sorting through your problems, a place to take out your feelings, and maybe if you have no life or friends, start a journal. That's what i did. Just a regular spiral notebook, and you can write whatever you want. it helps you see yourself differently too, sometimes.
