Ht. 5'4, Wt. 200 - hey guys! im kinda new at this whole thing and i think it is the first time i have been honest about my weight but im trying to do something about it so i had: raisen brain for breakfast and then a turkey sandwich and an apple for lunch but im not sure whats for dinner....i know i eat right but i dont exercise...i just dont have time between softball coming up, school, piano, babysitting and then spending time with my friends and family. Ht. 5'1, Wt. Don't wanna kno. - Hi everybody. I have been gaining weight I can tell... :( but anyway my sister gave me some pants to try on one was a size 12 and I could get them on and all but they were really tight plus they wouldn't zip up but the button it would button up. I can't wait to fit into them all the way they are cool looking pants too. The other pants of my own I wanted to fit into were size 13 and way tighter..

Ht. 5'7", Wt. Start : 171 Now :166 - ughh guys. i dont no.. i just cant get back into the whole diet thing. like i eat ealthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner. but i totally binge after school. i think itll get better after track starts but still. any advice?

S135 N: 117 G: 110 - i just ate, yay!!! it was pumkin pie, boo. . . but its a start! it wa actaully like the first thing ive eatin in two days, i know thats bad, but im never hungry!!!!. it hasnt come up yet!! and im goin to carlos o kelleys later, and im gonna try to eat! but im gonna get someting healthy, if that is possible at a mexican restaurant.

Ht. 5' 6, Wt. 236 - For anyone who wants to know how I lost 11 pounsd in 18 days here it is: You have to do weight training : more muscle = burn more fat. Also do 30 - 60 min of cardio (ride bike, [play sports, run up/down stairs just run) anything that gets you tired and out of breath. Here is what I ate. Breakfast (7:30) Bowl of Special K cereal with 1% milk. Snack (10:00)1 balance bar. Lunch (12:30 = small turkey sandwhich with veggies and whole wheat bread small!! Afternoon snack (3:00) Protein shake 1/2 slim fast. Dinner (5:30 - 6:00) 1 medium size peice of grilled chicken with steamed brocolli. Thats it. Also remeber to drink tons of water. It helps. Good Luck!!!!!

S135 N: 117 G: 110 - i ate at carlos o kelleys, and it was greasy nasty food!!! thats not good. . . i need to get some healthy food!!! plus i need to drink more water. . . for some odd reason i am terrified of tap water. i dont think my mom should check me out for an eating disorder, i think she should check me out for obsessive compulsive disorder! i mean i can tstand bein messy n stuff. . . hmmm, ill hafta think about that

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 160 - ahhhhhhhh I hate myself so much right now. Some days I eat like 1000 calories and some days I eat like up to 1600 or more i dont even know because on the days when I DO eat more than usual I cant stop!! and i cant find a happy medium eating like 1200 calories...i dont know why its horrible:(:( So basically my days are either really good or really bad, and it really puts me down, i need help!!

I did good today i was so proud. i had oatmeal and an orange for bf then lunch i had subway.. snack i had a 120 cal oat bar thing .. a couple handfuls of popcorn... dinner we had soup which i didn't eat that much of then i had another snack bar thing after the gym .. at the gym i did the eliptical for 30 minutes then the stair stepper for 15 i burned about 500 and some odd calories :) then i cam ehome and did 400 situps and yeah i think i did pretty dang good.. i hope everyone else had a gooood day <333
