i know i just said how i want to be a plus sized model and all, but still i wouldn't mind just shedding a few pounds for summer. i knowi can't do this EVERYDAY but it will be along these lines... B-3/4 cup of special k with 1/2 cup of skim milk and 1 fruit or half a banana l-fruit salad consiting of cantelope, apples and some other fruits(equal about 1 1/2 cups)and a ilttle under the given searving of pretzel stickssn-celery and carrot stickss-a small portion of any normal supper although will cut down on high carb stuff such as potatoes or pasta and of coarse 2 searvings of vegetables within thatdessert-(if i do have) fat free jello Throughout the day i will have at least 10 glasses of water and for exercise i will go for 2 10 minute runs, 1 hour of walking and some toning exercises with the occasional exercisee video Being honest and realistic how much weight can i lose doing this within 3 weeks?...mot nessecarily whats healthy or normal just what u think

i was told not to do sit=ups and stuff bc i will build fat underneath the muscles..but i do exersise tapes and they work out the abbs like side bends and stuff..is that the same thing?..so should i stop that?

Help! I want to lose weight! I'm 5'3" and I weigh 108! During summer I eat a lot of junk food and its hard not too. My goal is too lose 20 pounds by the end of summer (88 pounds). I want to look good for school. What exercises do I do to help me? I also wants muscle! please help me!!!!

ok- you guys realize that the type of calcium in the cows milk is the type that opur bodies barely absorb? yep- you should really be trying to get your calcium from greens like broccli. your bopdy will absorb more calcium and less calories. just though i'd share...

I had been dieting a few weeks and I was doing good, but this week I got depressed and totaly pigged out! It's bad and now I can't seem to get back to dieting, we're getting a pool soon so hopefully I can burn calories swimming and get back on the diet. I don't have much motivation so it's hard, no one is suporrting me. Especially my bf because he has got a fetish with this... chubbiness or whatever. I only want to lose enough weight to fit into a size 14 pants and maybe lose weight off my arms, by the way I am 5'4" 229 pounds. Any tips?

Hey ppl, I just wanted to say that I read a small article in Woman’s Day magazine about an article on Teen Dieting. Here it is: TEENS SHOULD DITCH THE DIET- BUT EAT A HEALTHY BREAKFASTEncouraging your overweight teenager to diet may end up doing more harm than good, according to a recent study. Researchers at Children’s Hospital Boston and Harvard Medical School followed more than 8,000 girls and almost 7,000 boys between 1996 and 1999. During that time one out of four girls and about one of 10 boys dieted sometimes and 4 percent of girls and 2 percent of boys dieted frequently. The more frequently the child dieted the more weight he or she gained. Much of the weight gain was attributed to binge eating, which was more common among kids who dieted. ok I'm definatly not going to turn anerexic**but for now I'm not eating breakfast just a small lunch then half of the dinner my mom makes....I'm not geting any snacks or anytihng no sgar..are there anytips of keeping to my diet? I've tryed posting skinny girls on the fridgebut I just tare them down!
