hey i dont just need to tone up i need to loose weight also..SO if i do crunches and sit-ups and stuff will it look like ive lost weight and will i loose inches?..or am i just putting muscle over fat?..lemme know!..thanks

Hey everyon I suggest the firm when I went to some friends of my moms yesterday she was useing the firm and around winter time she bought jeans from target and couldnt return them (lost receipt) so she kept them and has been doing the firm and she said that a few weeks ago she tried them on to see i the FIRM was workin and she could acturally zip them and button them this time and even had extra room in the hips. I dont no how much she lost but she lost inches which is good so I think I am goin to save up money for the FIRM so good luck everyone. and try firm if u have the money

Hi!I am 16 as you all can see and I am going on vacation with some of my friends! I have a two piece and I really want to werat it! But I am leaveing July 31 and I want to loose 20 to 25 pounds by then ! can I do that? And what sort of thing can I do ? If you all have any ideas please help! I have not always been big! Please help~ Thannk you ! Cause If I loose 25 I will be 180 even if I have to wear a one piece I will still be happIer! Thank you!

hey everyone..whats up? well im 14 and weigh about 180 lbs. and im about 5'4 my waist is about 36in. and i got really big thighs,hips,legs.. thats the worst thang about me! Well i really want to atleast lose 15 lbs before school starts back aug. 7th.. but i would like ot lose up to 50lbs or 60 lbs but i kno i wont lose that much in about a month and a half.. So how many calories should i eat a day?...... to lose as much weight as a possibly can and ima try to walk.. a hour or more a day and do crunches and ride my bike for at least30min-1 hour and just get active.. well PlZ reply and give me sum support and help~ leave ur eMail... for weight loss buddy or MSn or aIm sN'z thanks! and is this to much/less exersize...30 min streaching/arobics...1 1/2 hours or swim practice(very intense)...20 min jog in the woods...2 1/2 hours of free swim...1 hour of biking/rollar blading...45 min of dancing...every day all summer?????????

i totalled up how many pounds i lost last week and it is five pounds i know that it is probably water weight but i can't help being excited i just found something that worked and stuck with it
