Hey, I am back! I haven't lost 1 lb. and I have even gotten taller. It is hard. But sitting on the computer isn't gonna help. Sitting on the computer worsens the problem. So get off ur butt and go outside!

They are empty calories and they have acid in them (especially diet pop) which can really hurt you. And it contributes to bone loss, which in later age can make you more likely to break a hip or arm. Second- Ban frozen foods. This will be hard for many of you, and I admit, I haven't fully been able to do this. This means things like t.v dinners, pizza rolls, and baked pizza. None of that is healthy for you and is full of perservatives and tons of calories. Third- Ban fast food. This means burgers, french fries, mozzerella sticks. Burgers are commonly refered to as "heart attack on a bun". I know, my brother works at a fast food restaruant. Remember a few other things, drink a lot of water, it will keep you full. To keep from eating less chew each fork-full of food 20 times and put your fork down in between bites. Then, before you go for seconds, wait 5 minutes and ask yourself, am I really full? Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 431 lb (BMI %tile: 98) - Hi everyone. My name is Summer and i am 17. I weigh 431 lbs. I am 5'4. I have been overweight my whole life, but at age 12, i could have stopped it. Last year i lost my best friend...she died in a car crash with her 21 yr old boyfriend. He had been drinking and she was begging him to pull over, but he didn't. Then he went on the other side of the road where he collieded with an eighteen wheeler. Both of them died instantly. Before any of that happened i had weighed 210, and i was in progress of losing weight so i would be able to fit into the new dress i had bought for my cousins wedding. I wasn't ALL fat, half fat, and half muscle becasue i swam. But now, i am soo depressed at my deseased friend. It is the reason that i now weigh 431 lbs. Hi everyone. I posted something back in October,and wanted to tell you the good news, Well as it turned out, I had an infection that kept me from doing, umm what every person should do (trying to keep it clean here) well, with in a week, i was able to umm, go. I lost ten pounds because of it and all swelling is down!!! However, I will always have a constant battle with the issue, and will never be thin because of it, no matter how much weight i do loss. Thanks to all of you who wrote to me!!!

Today: 183 lb, Goal: 155 lb - Well, name is Alvina and i'm simmilar as the other teenage girl on the website i'm a bit over wieght and un happy sum times i mean sum time when others say things about me it hurt because i weigh about 183 and i have a good shape it's just that my thighs are a bit big and i can't fix into any of my jeans any more so i gave then to my best friend. when i go to shcool i always wear skirts. my boyf reind says that he's happy with me and he does'nt think that i'm fat but i do. It's very hard for me not to eat at home i know that i am not hungry beacause m y stomache is growling or any thing i guess i just have cravings but when i get through eating i get weak and i lies down so that making me gain waight and that not good sum times i don't realize it but i just get really tired.
