Hi! I just had a great idea for a diet that maybe every one could start. First, this is called the redeem diet. Take out some paper, and draw little redeemption coupons for junk food. Say maybe, you love pizza. So, you limit yourself to 2 redeemption vouchers a month. And after you finish the free redeemption. You stop! ok? 2) Another way is to start a card with squares. For every healthy meal you eat, put a tick. After you have collected say, maybe 12 ticks, give yourself a treat! I bet it would work. If you wanna try it out, reply to this msg,

Hey people wassup? I got a real problem. I am 4"9.5 (height) and i weight 111.3lbs. I dont really like my body image. I have a lil tummy. Its sticks out a tny lil bit and really thick thighs. Recently on my thihs ive been gettin streach marks. Ive tried everything in the exercise book to get rid of them and they just keep on comming. Im afarid that by the summa time comes i wont be able to wear a bikini cause the streach marks look like there on there way up to my tummy. Does anyone no what to do t make them go away. And Do you thin 4"9.5 and 111.3lbs is fat?

hey i'm about5'4'' and weight 135. at lunch i eat all my lunch and when people offer there food i take it and when i do they look at me and say "man alex, eat enought?" but i swim swim all the time with a club and now i have water polo. i never really thought about myself as fat but when people comment about how much you eat it gets you thinking. now i try not to take peoples food when they ask if anyone wants to eat it i only eat like a sandwitch and 2 cookies at lunch but i'm still hungery. even at home i try not to eat that much and my mom say to eat more i don't know what to do.

lately, ive read so many messages, and reply messages(mailny replies) that are so mean. whats wrong with these people? anyone know the old saying: if you cant say anyting nice, dont say anything at all? well APPLY IT!!!!!!!!!! if you have some advice, positive or negative keep it clean, no swearing, bad mouthing, ok? and if you reply to one of the sick individuals that are being so vulgar, try to remember that they are looking for help too, but they are just going about it the wrong way. the best way to deal with people like this is to ignore them, trust me, they just want attention, sorry to nag, but this board used to really motivate me to lose weight......now it just depresses me =(

THIS IS TO RACHEL AGE 14. You asked me what did i eat and what kind of exercises i do. Well i eat differently day by day. Everyday i have fruit. The only kind of fruit i have been eating is apple and oranges. but it doesn't matter what kind of fruit you eat i guess. i only eat apples and oranges because we have a whole bag of them. usually i have a granola bar or a cereal bar. ( i have cinnamon toast crucnh cereal bars )i have a vegetarian burger just about everyday but they are different flavored veggie burgers. ( i happen to be a pesco-vegetarian) That's just basically what i have everyday. Sometimes i switch up. i didn't like that diet where you lose 52 pounds in 2 in a half months because you had to have grapefruit or grapefruit juice after every meal and for breakfast and lunch you had to have the same exact thing. besides i losing about the same amount of weight with my diet and... To "Sexy Lindsay": that was totally uncalled for, what you replied in the earlier messages. We don't care if you weight only 89 pounds. Everybody on this sight is here because they have a good attitude about themselves or they want to feel good about themselves by looking better. Do us all a favor and shut up and don't come here anymore. Your just an annoying brat who is so unsure of herself that she has to pick on people that are actually normal size to make herself feel better.

each day i plan out a meal and i go by that meal. if i am still hungry which most times i am not i eat a piece of fruit or have more veggies and drink lots of water. i get anywhere form 30 minutes to and 1 hour and a half in the morning and for the evening anywhere from half an hour to an hour and a half in the evening. so the min. is one hour of exercise. i usually never exceed two and a half hours of exercising. when i do exercise in the evening i make sure it's after my last meal. after that no food at all. i just drink lots of water and if i do happen to be a tad hungry i grab a piece of fruit. when i stepped on the scale i've noticed that i have lost weight.

THIS IS TO ALLISA I BELIEVE AGE 13. No i did not eat a lot the day before and just wasn't hungry the next day. That day i just ate foods that were really low in cals and not a lot of stuff.
