Ht. 5'7", Wt. 241 - Ok so yesterday we went and bought a really expensive, accurate scale. I weighed myself and it said I was 243lbs, which I know is about right. I weighd myself about 4 times yesterday only because I was paranoid I did it wrong or something..idk..but I did. Then this morning I weighed myself ( and I know you arnt supposed to weigh yourself everyday) and it said I was 241!!! I did it several times and it said the same thing. Im on a roll!!!

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 145 - I mentioned before that i dealt with anorexia..well i was 178lbs and i starved myself for like 3 months and i got down to 135lbs and now i have recovered from the anorexia. I have begun to gain back the weight and for me thats bad because i carry weight different than most people. So to most 145 (was 147 but in the last week i have lost 2lbs..YAY)is not alot but for me and my body shape it adds up to be quite a bit. I know there are people who have it worse than me but my health is already not good and i really need to lose this weight.

I feel relieved to know that there are people that i can talk to that are going through this too. Some people may look at my weight and say "no big deal" but i have two really bad knees and will have to have both knees replaced by the time im 25 and i cant move very much without getting very tired and out of breath. My unhealthy eating has caused my skin to go nutso on me. I am starting a stimulant today for my schooling and so i can focus clearly on life. Ht. 5ft. 4", Wt. 179 - Hey guys. I've been stressed a lot lately because I'm competeing for an academic award. I lost 5 lbs but then I totally blew it for some reason.I hate this feeling. I took up yoga which helps to calm me down, but most days it's SO hard to manage just my homework, but then add food and exercize and it's terrible! Anbody have tips to get back on track? Thanks!

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 160 - oh now its weighing time, but i dont think that my scale is right because yesterday when i got home from school at 3 i weighed 160 then at like 4:30 it said i weighted 165, and all i ate were 5 Ritz crakers which is only 80 calories all together, should i get a new scale? and does the electric ones work because i am using an analog one.

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 202 - I am pretty much obsessed with weighing every day . . . and I want to stop cause every time I gain weight I get depressed =( and every day I mess up on my diet, like if I snack alot or eat too many sweets, I gain weight. So what's a good way to were I can stop weighing every day??? I have gone a week without before, but then I start weighing every day again. . . and I know that's a sign of anorexia, so I REALLY want to stop, any advice???

Ht. 5'1, Wt. 165 - Today is going GREAT Im not Hungry at all...Working out really helps me not overeat,like After I jog Im just Not hungry even if I was before. Ok today I had Granola bar(120)-Peanut buter sandwich, gold fish(430) And I am planning on Salad with light dressing I only did like 10-15 min of working out at softball conditioning--later jump rope and basketball! I'm pretty excited...except this Saturday Im going to a party and....I dont know if I should take a day of and then that wil be my free day of the month....i dont know

Im scared because diabetes and obesity run rampid with my friends and family and i dont want to fall into the pattern. I would LOVE to be able to wear a 2 piece without having something hang over it. I get so upset when i look in magazines because all those girls look so much better than i do. I feel so horrible when i look into the mirror and im just tired of thinking about all the things i want to change and just start changing them...but i need help. I have commitment issues when it comes to dieting and i dont know really how to go about starting a diet. I tried south beach but it seemed like too much work.I work out for maybe 6 hours a week and you would think that it would do something but it doesnt. My weight...
