Ht. 5'4", Wt. - - I am going crazy! Every time I try to start eating healthier, I can't stay motivated and fall back into old eating habits. How can I stay motivated to eat healthy when there's junk food right in front of me? Help please!

Ht. 5'7, Wt. TMI - My daily meals were pretty simple. I always make breakfast my biggest meal, cause it gives you an energy boost to get you started for the day, and the calories will burn off by lunch or mid afternoon(depending on the time variation and your daily activities)I tried to eat diff things so I wouldnt get bored, like waffles and a good breakfast meat, or an omelet and toast W/ fruit. Throughout the day I just eat small stuff. Mainly fruit, soup, cereal...etc.- But just when I feel hungry. I never eat past 7 or 8, THIS HELPS EXTREMELY. I have no idea how, but it does! S.145 C.135 G115 - i just cant believe some of yall didnt think riding horses wasnt an excercise. i mean have you ever try riding a horse who was trotting without stirrups. i mean if you dont use your leg and stomach muscles uhh your gonna fall off its like common sense plus it burns more than twice 1 mile of running

Ht. 5'3, Wt. C:130 G:120 - A yummy breakfast idea that is super healthy is a smoothie. I make mine with 1 cup of fat free strawberry yogurt (110 calories) 1 banana (100 calories) and a little milk to make it as smooth as you like it (calories vary on the type milk you use). Anyways you take all the ingreedints and Blend it in a blender or smoothie maker with ice. It's a cool meal for hot summer days and its so good and so low calorie!! ENJOY!!

Ht. 5'7'', Wt. 185.5 - Hey this I lost 2.5 lbs yesterday yea!! All I did was 1 hr of cardio on this new thing my mom got called the Ramp. And it really works it's fun and you don't sweat alot if you do the entire movie you get 45 min of exercise. And then I did 15 min of crunches squats push up and lunges
