Ht. 5'1", Start: 150 lb, Today: 150 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Alright tomorrow, I'm starting back on trying to lose weight. Every time I start, I always give up or slack off. But I'm not going to give up this time. I also decided that I'm not going to call it a diet, but a life style change. Calling it that will help me keep going. Anyway, I want to lose 20lb. by the time I start 8th grade in September. I'm going to eat a lot healthier. I'm not going to have fast food, I'm not going to have any junk food, and I'm going to exercise everyday. My Home Ec. teacher said you should have most of your calories for breakfast, so I'm going to start eating bigger breakfasts, smaller lunches, and even smaller dinners. My doctor also said that you should exercise in the morning before you eat, because you'd be burning pure fat. So tomorrow I'm getting up 30 minutes earlier than I normally do, to run on my treadmill. I'm also going to cut down on breads and starchy foods.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 182 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Ok this is my goal my the end of may. Start walking everyday except for raining or bad weather, get down to 178 or less, and try to do at least 60 min's of exercise. I hope to get down to 165 by August or more do you think that's possible

Ht. 5'4", Start: 230 lb, Today: 190 lb, Goal: 130 lb - idk whats wrong with me..i had lost up to 170 this year but i went back to 190 in 4 months because ive been eating so much. its just that everyday i say im gonna start but then i never do and now summer is almost here and im gained instead of lost over those 4 months. im back to 190 and i certainly dont wanna go back to the 200's so im def. starting tomorrow with excersize and i certainly mean it this time..or at least i hope so!

And I ate really bad like 3 or 4 peices of pizza and a sandwhich, 2 pops and dessert. But I didn't gain any weight. This is what I had today. Breakfast cereal no milk and water 110 cal. Snack fiber bar. For lunch long John Silvers and chicken mcnugets with sauce. Then I had candy kettle popcorn pop and more stuff. But for exerces I did a lot of walking like 1 hour and 1/2 then another 1. Do I need to do more exerceses
