In the accident i was driving, and nearly paralyzed myself... i could have even died. Before the accident i had a really big problem with drinking. Ht. 5'4", Start: 250 lb, Today: 250 lb, Goal: 200 lb - It is already 4:21 pm, and I haven't cheated at all today, xcept for like 3 m&m's. I stuck them in my mouth without even realising I was on a diet. I don't know why I did that, but I might go excersize. Can't wait til next Wednesday when the weight just starts to fall off! It's happening this time, for real. My birthday is over, so there are no more excuses. Tips?? :)

I got as low as 164 lbs in May of 2007, but then I had some really awful family tragedies during the summer, and my stress level skyrocketed. Mid-terms have just ended and I'm starting to re-read my precious "food bible". Today I did Pilates for the first time in about 7 or 8 months and barely winded through it. So I've come here to keep me motivated to do my best every day. My birthday is next month, and I really want to weight at least 175 lbs by then. This year, my birthday resolution is to take a more positive outlook on life, appreciate what I have, learn to respect my body, and get in good shape for the rest of my life. My problem is that if I start munching on something like chips or dessert, or anything for that matter, then it becomes way hard to stop. So I just don't eat at all because it is easyer. It is two and all i've eaten today was a Power Bar (290 cal.) five minutes ago and I not feel like I shouldn't have eaten it.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 183 lb, Goal: 170 lb - bahh okay so the past two days i did great until evening came along. the first day i had about 500 cals then for supper my boyfriend ordered pizza. so that was messed up. then yesterday i only had about 300 cals until suppertime because i was busy with an interview and then went to a friends, so i ate soup and a sandwich when i got in then went to the movies where my boyfriend and i had loads of popcorn and pop (it was our 2 year anniversary) but today, im not making excuses im bearing down and getting this done. good luck all

Ht. 5'3", Start: 146 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 112 lb - ok.. according to this one website.. i have to eat like 1,200 calories a day to lose 1-2 pounds a week, well.. besides exercise lol, nyways.. i think i can do it. i have to have the right mindset though. i've been going to curves lately (2-3 times a week, i plan to go more now.) and i'm in basketball ( not really intense.. last year it was more but this year.. we dont have a great coach lol) i need to eat healthier though. i just gotta think on like "would i rather have this *brownie fer an example* & have the extra calories orrr.. be on my way to a healthier life style. i think you just have to limit yourself for food..in moderation. what else can i do to lose weight faster and more efficiently? any food ideas ? im going to florida like in May..

I have gotten really depressed about my size lately, but mainly about certain parts of my body (double chin, hips, etc) but I have been cutting down on my food majorly. I try not to snack any more. And when I do it is only a bananna or something like that. Are bananna's good choise when losing weight? I ask that because I eat like five in like two-three days since it is a low fat/calorie kind of thing.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 221 lb, Today: 199 lb, Goal: 165 lb - wow dude yesterday was so HARD! It was my exercise day. I gained weight a couple days ago and it was about 200.8 and then this morning after exercise day yesterday Im only at 199.4 that means I only lost .6 of a pound. I was kinda disapointed cause I did DDR for 10 miles and burned 566 calories, treadmil for a mile and burned 181 calories, 35 sit ups, 200 jump ropes, 300 bike pull ups, and so much more. I was expecting at least a whole oound lost. UGH! I worked so hard and this is how it turns out to be. This sucks! I need to watch more carefully what I eat then. I didnt eat that much yesterday so it surprised me. Maybe I didnt do enough exercise (haha).

My friends all think I'm already my goal weight of 145. I look smaller then most of them and none of them are really supportive of me lossing weight. Like if you do look at me you wouldn't say i'm 179. She was saying she can pick me up and her little brother whose 14 can pick me up and give me a piggyback ride. She told me she will be mad at me if i go on a diet. I don't know what to do now what do u guys think?/
