Ht. 5'5", Start: 260 lb, Today: 260 lb, Goal: 240 lb - Hey everybody.Im in highschool. But ever since 6th grade ive been putting on weight. And now im in highschool and wut really made me wunt to lose weight was the fact that i barely fit in my desk anymore. And i feel like people are looking at me. So please give me some good exercise routines and tip on losing weight. I need, Cuz im tired of bing fat.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 240 lb, Today: 225 lb, Goal: 180 lb - hey guys i haven't bine doing very good latley and it makes me feel like a failer well i'm still going to keep changeing things untill i find the right change so i'm going to start counting calories maybe that way i will control what i eat because the workingout is perfect so i'm going to eat 1300-1500 calories do you guys think thats good??

Ht. 5'2", Start: 221 lb, Today: 203 lb, Goal: 165 lb - UGH how can i gain 2 freaking pounds in a freaking day when i ate freaking right! UGH! I lost 3 pounds in 3 days a couple days ago cause I was sick and then i got back to normal started eating right and exercising and It did the opposite and made me gain two pounds. Ugh I hate this up and down thing! Its like a freaking roller coaster cept when your going up its the worst and when your going down it just feels amazing! Cept I lost that amazing feeling right now. I need to lose A LOT more weight.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 170 lb - finally a day where i didn't fail lol i ate about 1400 cals and walked home from the mall which is about a 15-20 minute walk. i think i did okay, considering i always eat over my cals at night and usually dont work out. wish me luck, i realllllly wanna get off this plateau!! good luck guys :)

Ht. 5'3", Start: 185 lb, Today: 162 lb, Goal: 115 lb - Ugh guys, it's SO hard for me to exercise! Everyday I tell myself I will, but then something comes up and I don't have time. Like tonight, I didn't know there was going to be a basketball game, and I go to all of them, so I couldn't skip it. So I planned to do my homework before I went, and when I came back, I would exercise. But when I got home, it was about 8:20 and I STILL had homework. So I had no time :/ I guess what I'm trying to ask is how do you guys fit exercise into your schedule?! Thanks.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 163 lb, Today: 148 lb, Goal: 148 lb - heyy everyone! i havent been on for awhile but since december 22 i lost 15 pounds and i am by far the laziest person on earth but i was jus feed up with being big so if i can do it anyone can... i jus started going 2 the gym 3-5times a week and cut back on bad carbs and fried foods( i still had a treat once in awhile) so my goal is 20more pounds by prom which is in may well good luck everyone and remember it CAN and WILL be done

Whenever i am eating healthily (around 1600 cals per day) my body is always freezing! I literally have to pile on jumper after jumper just to keep myself warm cos my mum wont turn the heating up any higher =[ I dont notice being so cold on days when im eating junk food though :@

So far I can't break my eating habits and I lost 3 pounds in a month! Does anyone have any tips about weight loss and what to do about the taunting? Please help!

I want/need to lose weight and yet ill just keep eating those choc bars to numb whatever feelings i have at that moment. Maybe its the weather. Maybe its stress from school and work. I dk.
