Ht. 5'3", Start: 175 lb, Today: 166 lb, Goal: 132 lb - ok so Im SOOOO excited you guys this time I have been doing really well I have ran for an hour everyday this week except tuesday ( I wasnt having a very good day)but I went to the gym one of those days and by the way I hate electric scales cause they all say different things but the scale at the gym the one that you have to like slide it said I weighed 166 pounds I was SOO excited because I thought I weighed 180 and if I did then I lost 14 pounds :) I am going to keep it up next week im trying out for tennis and Im going to start running when I wake up and when I get home from school I dont know what it is you guys but once you start running everyday your body gets used to it and now I kinda cant go a day without doing it and I love it the only thing is the little pudge at the bottom of my belly its driving me NUTS anyone know any good excercises besides crunches that might help me out thanks guys and you all can do it GOOD LUCK!! <3

Ht. 5'5", Start: 187 lb, Today: 179 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Wow so my b-day was today and i have not been excireing good its hard when you have TONS of homework. Good thing we have no school tomarrow but is there any thing i can like do in 5 mins to just get some work out in. I have been eating ok but im going to try alot more harder now cuz it felt good when i started and i wan to feel that again.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 183 lb, Goal: 170 lb - i am doing so well im shocked with myself. two days in a row i walked home from my boyfriends (40mins) and i did it on an empty stomach, so im burning fat calories not food calories, and ate extremely healthy. i have a question though for anyone this applies to. If i continue eating the same amount of calories i was eating before (around 1200) and wasnt losing any weight, but exercise by walking 40 mins 3-4 times per week will i lose weight? because it seems eating 1200 calories a day without exercise maintains my weight.

Ht. 5'6", Start: 190 lb, Today: 190 lb, Goal: 165 lb - I'm having the heardest time becomming motivated, it's nuts. Lately, as soon as I get motivated for a bit, I blow it by going home and eating so unhealthily. I know I need to make better choices, but i'ts like i don't have control. Even when i tell myself no i will still go into the frige, then i feel gross and full. Guys, how do i get control back. Summer is comming and thats motivation enough, but i want to live a healthy lifestyle everyday. Does anyone have anything that could help me?

Ht. 5'7", Start: 240 lb, Today: 190 lb, Goal: 150 lb - So, I have decided not to do running until spring rolls around. I just danced like all of you have promoted. It was great. I didn't really feel like I was working out. It was fun, my legs are sore, and I sweat a lot. What do all of you guys do to workout now?

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 183 lb, Goal: 170 lb - so today i did amazing. i walked home from my boyfriends which was about 30-40 mins, and i felt great because i hadnt exercised in about two weeks. plus lastnight i got a good workout cleaning out his basement with him, which took about 3 hours. and i ate super healthy. nothings going to stop me im so going to do this. good luck!!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 183 lb, Goal: 170 lb - okay so for the past week ive been eating like a huuuuge pig. my boyfriend has been spending a lot of money on me taking me out and stuff so im not entirely sure if ive gained weight. ill be checking when i get home later this afternoon. i hope not. ughgh i hate this. i lose 2 pounds then screw up and gain it back it happens everytime. no wonder i cant get to 180 or lower i have no will power. but im walking home from his place later which is about a 30-40 min walk and im starting fresh. wish me luck! and good luck everybody

Dude I have been depressed a while and when im depressed I dont eat. Do you guys have any tips to want to get myself to eat when I dont want to? I need to loose weight more faster than what im going in. I NEED to loose at least 2 pounds a week. My mom said if I get to 160 she is buying me a 160 dollar skateboard!!! Do you think I can make it there by the end of June?

Ht. 5'9", Start: 183 lb, Today: 183 lb, Goal: 155 lb - Hey guys. I need some help, back in June i was 156 pounds and I felt so good. I used to go to the gym, and eat fairly health because i was getting in shape for prom. Then i guess I kinda went downhill after prom and I've gained almost 30 pounds. It doesn't really show but I just don't feel as good about myself as I used to. I don't have much time to work out because of late nights at school and weekends at work but everynight before bed I take 10 minutes to do sit ups and lift weights. What can I do to loose the weight I didn't have before?
