actually it does make u lose weight.it is only so i will make -60(a weight category on judo there are many weight categorys) for my judo tournament on saturday and it does jus so i wil make itso plz don't tell if it s right or wrong georgina!

well the garbage bag makes u sweat a lot more trust me u will probably sweat at least twice as much

Hey, un know how people are always saying "drink lots of water to curve your cravings" Well, instead of water, i have tea. To me, it's better than plain water and they have zero calories. It really does work. I'm just tryin to get down so i can wear a bikini and wear everything else i want to!!

hey peeps tell me if this will work.running 15 minutes up the stairs wearing a garbage bage, t-shirt, my track jacket, and a sweater and shorts, and 2 pairs of track pants.and i will be eating very healthy and drink loads of water think it will work and i will be doin sit ups and the usual!PLA REPLY!!!!!

Hey myra. To lose my poundage: I jog every mornin 4 15-20 minutes. I do push up and sit-ups before bed. I've also done some step areobics from the 90's (corny, yes, i kno.) but it works!!! Wake up 30 minutes earlier that normally do and go and jog.TTYL

Ht. 5'9", Today: 190 lb (BMI %tile: 95) - Hey I need a way to loose weight, I'm about 5'9'' and i weigh around like 185-195lbs. and I'm trying my moms Yoga tapes n Richard Simmons tapes, and even some Taebo but i don't see any results. Also, i'm not eating junk food (a lot anyway, every now and then i am) andi walk every day. Please give me some other tips!

Hey 6 days ago I said I was going to be really good with my "diet" and I have and I've lost 3 pounds! Yay! For the past 6 days I have had 1500 or so calories, about 35 grams of fat (more than my goal) and 40 minutes of walking each day and no eating after 8pm. It just shows you dont have to starve yourself to lose weight. I feel so happy!
