hey ppl....i just wanted to let u know that its a good idea to only weigh urself once a week because your weight can even change every hour! i weighed myself every half hour and i got discouraged and stoped a diet that worked for me and weigh urself when u first get up.

Today: 167 lb - I am 14 years old and i weigh 167 pounds, i don't know what to do or how to lose weight! i tried track and i still weigh the same. i can't stop eating! can sumone help me lose weight on my own?

okay, i wanted to know if when you lose weight your boobs get smaller becuase i like my boobs and i would hate for them to get smaller. I am starting 2 lose weight and i heard that it happens. Hey yall...ok this is for all the tv watchers that LOVE their tv shows but get MAD cravings when you see the food commercials...I HAVE THE ANSWER!!! go ahead and watch your tv shows, but when the commercials come on...take a quick run up and down the steps or around the house until your show comes on. that way, you dont see those food commercials and your getting excercise! problem solved! haha i hope it works out for you..... -Arlene

HELP! Today is my friends birthday and she wants to go to the movies and to Chili's Grill and Bar. I know I can just get a bottle of water and a pickle at the movies, but I don't know what to get at chili's that would be low in calories and fat! Everything at Chili's is fried! And I have already had a bad day this week because I ate too much at my grandpa's birthday party. If you know what I should do please tell me. Thank you.

Ht. 5'7", Today: 175 lb (BMI %tile: 93) - ok guys im 15, 5"7 and i weigh like 175....all i like to wear are tshirts that dont grip me with logos on them but i really would like to wear the whole little cute shirts...but its hard to stick to my diet...anyone have any good ways/sayings to discourage yourself from eating something bad in the heat of the moment???? please respond-it'd mean a lot thanks

There was just a messege on here after stephanie's messege and I don't know where it went.They where saying that they were worried about their friend b/c they felt their friend was becoming overweight and while I was replying the messege went away. (I know I am not crazy...lol). So here is what I wrote them: If you are worried about telling your friend your feelings then I suggest that you spend more time with her. Invited her over to your house and have salads for dinner,or go to the mall all day so you both can get some exercise. You can ask her to join a walk-a-thon with you (even just a 3 mile one) and then you both can "practice" walking the 3 miles together a few times a week until the day of the walk-a-thon. Possible tell her you feel you are fat and want to lose 5 or 10 poundss, then ask her to be you "diet buddy". You may be able to help her lose some weight with out even telling her you think she is fat. I hope this helps. Bye.
