She gains about 5lbs a week. She's had her pieriod before me because she weighs so much. I try to tell her some tips but she says that I am the one that needs to lose weight and I want her to help me!Could you guys pleeezzzze help me help her?PllllEEEEEEZZZZZZEEEE??????????????????????????????

Hi there. I have the same problem (except im also overweight) but I find that whether or not your on a diet....you eating sensibly with and around her will help a lot. Also, when she gets those MAD cravings(i have the a lot, i call them my hunger beasts haha) then just take her away from the kitchen and play a board game or something with her to take her mind off eating. but be careful about taking her to the tv....it actually promotes hunger haha hope i was of some help..!!

Actually I know quite a bit about periods. Haven't you noticed that most OBGYNs are male? Weight doesn't effect how early or late you get your period. If you are extremely underweight or malnourished, that can cause something called amonorrhea - which is when your period stops coming because your body doesn't have enough nutrients to "waste" blood on something like lining the uterus (body's more concerned about getting blood to the heart and brain). -J

Weighing a lot has nothing to do with when you get your period.
