i read an article on msn health about when to exersize. it said that if you exersize in the morning before eating anything you burn more fat because there's nothing in your stomach to burn otherwise. also- working out in the morning you muscles respond better becasue they're rested- so that means more muscle- which means more calories burned just doing nothing! i hope i helped...

i cant do the liquid diet i feel sick with only water and juice and milk so i had scrambled eggs 2 eggs and water for lunch roman noodles and water dinner i dont no yet. well i hate it a lot i cant do it cuz i get sick if i try the liquid diet.

I am gonna try a liquid diet tommorrow and do it one day every month and only one day a month and see how much i ca loose tommorrow with only drinking liquid and excercise i am swimming tommorrow do u think my liquid diet pop would be ok or no. welll wish me luck and tell me how much u will think i will loose. and also if i could drink pop on my liquid diet.
