I am soooooo happy that I emailed the feedback people and they emailed me back and said they are taking measures to get it taken care of so all the un wanted and not needed posts will and prolly have been deleted anyways and please can we keep all those anerxic and not on topic posts off of here thanx.................Well I didnt do good at eating today but I was playing outside a lot so I know I am prolly rounding it off and I am soooo happy I feel like I can acturally do this this time and please help me out any advice is welcome and appreciated. I'm at the people's house I babysit for and I was doing good intill I got hungry and just ate- 2 fruit snacks, 2 big bowls of fruit loops, a granonla bar and a mini pizza, some mini doughtnuts and cookies(all within like 2 hours) HELP! i really wanted to stay on my diet today. Well i have a few questions that i've been wondering about and i was wondering if anybody knew the answers to my questions u could tell me. OK......... Why should u drink like 8 glasses of water a day, does it help u to lose weight faster or what? Why shouldn't u eat past like 7:00, i mean if u have like a granola bar or peice of fruit after 7 and exercise after is it still bad? And what should i do if i get bored and think about food and want ot eat, how can i ignore my cravings??
