hey guys i think i might be going to the movies tonight and i cant manage without getting anything. do you thinnk it would be ok to get a medium diet coke (i no i should get a small, but i no that if i do it will make me wanna get some candy which will end up being worse)...i dont usually drink soda either so..

hey i dono if i did that great today. its kinda my restart to my diet because il ike went crazy for about a month...baaaad. but anyways...well i didn't do that great...like i said...but i did okay. breakfast-banana, lunch-small salad, chicken salad sandwich on crossaint (not the best, and i shoulda only eaten half) i wasn't hungry for a snack because with my summer schedule i sleep in and have a late lunch n stuff...sooo...dinner-strawberry fields salad from friday's (lettuce, chopped pecans, strawberries, and grilled chicken breast will balsamic vinagarette) all i drank was water.oh and i had like half of a caffe mocha and one tiny bite of chocolate! ughh. and iwent to the gym and i ran 3 miles on the treadmill and i did 10 mins on the stairs. and i lifted weights. did i do that bad?

OMG, iv did so crap 2day!!! i cant help it i keep on eating and eating i was doing so good so far too! ive went from 143 to 137 but iv probably put on a lb from yesterday and today. i think its because im stressed out about my grandfathers funeral tomorrow! anyway heres what i had 2day- bfast= redy brek with a spoonful of jam in it, lunch= tuna mayo roll with salad on it, tea= spaghetti bolognese i dont know how many cals that all was but THEN i had 3 cups of fresh orange (55 cals per cup) and 2 kitkats (109 cals each) im not that bothered about the extra cals but im eating WAY too much carbs!! does anyone have any tips that you use to help cut out carbs or any foods that dont have many carbs in them but no american things because you cant get them here.... thanks x

hello everyone my name is kendra. im still going towards my goal of losing 30 pounds. one of my friends is ordering pizza. she gonna eat a whole pizza cause i told her i didnt want any. i tried to convince her not to cause she is already 185 but she wouldnt listen so i left to come to this website and i hope everyone's doing good on their goals!

I had a slightly large dinner..i had a lean pocket (310 cals) and like a cup of pasta lol. so that was slightly not the greatest but oh well...i no i did fine the rest of the day because its the same thing i eat everyday..so yeah

if i eat a bag of popcorn with splenda spinkled over it, and it says theres 3 servings and each serving is 45 calories, i feel completely full right through breakfast and lunch....is popcorn bad for you??

ok so i did kinda bad today, but i triedme hardest so yeh... Brek-a bagel w/ cream cheese and fruit (i no the bagels bad but i havent had 1 in FOREVER) Lunch-whole wheat rost beef wrap w/ some mustard...veggies (no dressing), a few cherries and grapes, and a pria bar (110 cals in the bar) oh and water. Snackie-yougurt,water Dinner-i'm having chillie but my mom is making it from scratch and i'm goin keep my portions in check so yeh....no dessert tonight! Including today i hav gone 4 days w/o desserts!!! My dessert day is saturday!! today for exercise i stretgh trained for a hour (also like jumping jacks and stuff) okay so how did i do??

today i did great! i am really proud of myself and i know i can keep going. for exercise, i went outside and mowed. We live on 5 acres..but i only mow 2. Our riding mower was broke so i used the pusher! It was tough but it help build muscle in my arms and legs..cuz i had to go uphill some of it. And it is walking for like 2 hours!!! plus after i got done mowing, i did some pilates. I am feeling great. Tonight I might do some more pilates and maybe a Richard Simmons tape..lol. I know he is outdated but he still gives you a great workout!

yesterday i had an instant breakfast drink and a chocolate muffin for breakfast, 1/2 a code red mt. dew for lunch, and i had two starburst and 2 teddy grahams throughout the day...i know its not enough but im trying to get over being sick so my appitite hasnt come back yet...then i did abs, did 4 miles on the transport at level 6 or 7 and did 5 miles on the bike on level four fat burning and then walked cool down laps, about half a mile on the track..i miss the track season, can ya tell?? lol....im trying to work out and eat good just until sunday bc thats a big day for me!

hey so far today i ate a bowl of special K (110 cals)and a sugar free red bull (10 cals)and then i had these apple dippers w/caramel ( around 200 cals)and then water and this body for life bar thinger (220 cals)......hmm not sure what im gonna have for dinner ..... but am i okay so far??

my boyf broke up wiv me today, after 3munths. i found out he wuz jst using me pritty much tha whole time, wich makes me feel GREAT. but hes a loser, nd im guna make him regret it. i hav a feelin my life iz about 2 get alot harder, cuz mi best friend dates my ex-bf's best friend, (hu i thrt wiz 1 of mi best friends as well) nd he helped him plan how to dump me in tha wurst way possible. iv got 1 more day of skwl nd thn a week off, so i reli wana make him regret treatin me lk he did, basically by cuming bak lookin absolutely fabulous im not guna starve myself, hes not wurth it, but i want him 2 wish hed treated me better nd not dumped me, so ne ideas wud b gud. thanx babes xxx

eek..well based on myy thing below i did good today..well...that changed..i ate healthfully, but you no that cracklin oat bran stuff..apparently its very very addictive..lol so i kinda ate atomic amounts of that, but i think it pretty much made up for the calories i DIDNT have to day,..so overall it was probably ok right?
