Ht. 5'4, Wt. 230 - So I'm new to this site, and I need help. So I'm fat (duh), and sick of it. Today in tech art class we had to make virtaul model things (the online ones), and well, it wouldnt work for me. it wouldnt work on my weight. it was mortifying. I honeslty dont mind the being fat part, its just the akwardness, and stuff help plz! diet tips would br good!

Ht. 5 10', Wt. 222 - OK, i forgot who asked how the ZONE diet works...but it is pretty simple. (there are certain "blocks" you are supposed to follow, but my aunt did it by common sense and she's lost 30 pounds) it's a pretty easy concept all you do is try and balance your carbs and protein! Ex. If you eat a bowl of cereal...have eggs or sausage or somthing with alot of protein so they cancel eachother out. If you eat alot of carbs like i do...try and cut back some little things like for starters use only once piece of bread for a sandwich or pass up mashed potatoes or somthin. I thought i was obsessed with carbs...but the i realized it reall made no difference to me. There are also foods that are already balanced like peanuts and most other nuts. they are a really great snack...also string cheese and cottage cheese and beef jerky... When your body is ahead on protein...during digestion it turns to your stored fat and starts to eat that...but you still need carbs to be healthy. Ht. 4'11, Wt. around 130 -140 - Hey ya'll. Lately, I haven't gotten to the gym. My mom is my only ride, (she has my card too >_>) to it and she doesn't get home til about 6 and, if she's busy. I'm doomed. For snacks, I've decided on yogurt. But, my brothers like to much on starcrunches, cookies, the yummies. so, im trying to resist temptation. I've actually got a goal for myself, I want to loose weight by christmas. i'd love to have a little buddy to work with me :-p like to e-mail, maybe AIM with? Just reply if you want to! Ht. 5' 6", Wt. 247 - Everyone is saying that I should weigh 120-130. HOW CAN THAT BE? I checked online and all these bikini and fitness models that are my height weight 100-110 pounds and their adult women not 14 year old teen and they have big boobs which add a lot to their weight. I know I should weigh 105 pouds please stop lying to me. If I will be 130 I will still be fat. My mom is 130 and is 5'6 and she is really fat. Please stop trying to trick me into losing less than I should. I need to be 105 pounds to be at perfect health and weight. Stop denying it please.

It was really hard to run 3 miles do 20 pushups and 50 situps but the worst part came at the end. They made us stand and weigh ourselves (with clothes) and all my normal *not thin* friends were about 105 pounds. I thought because they were not thin but looked normal they would be about 120-130 but they were only 105. Then the body fat % of all my friends was only like 15-18 % which is perfect and healthy for girls their age but for me it was 38%. Even my friends giggled at how fat I relly was. Just now, they called my parents and said that I needed to lose until I was 100-110 pouns and my parents are like 'yeah that sounds right' so now I have to go down from 247 to 105, just to be normal. If I want to be skinny I gotta go even lower. Just a note: I think that many people on this site are saying that they should just be in a a 'healthy weight range' all that means is that if you weigh this much you wont be at high risk for disease. They actually told me that my absulte perfect weight (not skinny) was 108 pounds and 15% body fat. (view less)

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 170 eek !! - ok so today i ate brek: kashi bar and yogurt and a probel (260 calories) lunch: 1/2 turkey sanwich on wheat bread and carrots and a 100 calories pack (250 calories) snack: south beach diet PB bar and an apple (about 200 calories) dinner: chicken, green beans, 2 small peices of bread, and fresca (about 400 calories) i had so much homework topday and didnt have time to work out, so im not gonna have dessert tonight. what do you guys think p.s biggest loser tonight everyone !! =)

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 132 - *It is so stressful where i live... i live in southern INDIANA. A tornado hit 25 miles away from where i live last sunday November 6. And then today November 15 tornados hit 10 miles south of me and *alot in KY* and then also 5 miles above me! Some things in my town r torn up ... and all. I think with all this stress.. i will eat alot more now and prolly gain alot of weight but my boyfriends on a serious diet 4 Wresling so i think that....with him being on a diet that it will help me cause i can not eat as much when hes around ... cause he will end up tryin to eat 2 .... WEll yall just pray for everyone in Southern Indiana and northern Ky. THanks so much!
