Ht. 5'1", Wt. st. 170 nw. 166 - i was doing so good today .. and then it went downhill. for dinner i had chicken francaise and pasta and then my friend and i made cookies. i only had one, but i still feel horrible and i feel like i definatly over ate. plus i didnt have a chance to exercise today! luckily this is only the first out of 5 days i havent exercised, so ill have to make sure i do it tomorrow. idk if this happens to anyone else but after i exercise(run, crunches, lift) i always weigh a couple of pounds more. does anyone know why?

Ht. 5'1", Wt. st. 170 nw. 166 - i lost 4 pounds! i think i did pretty good today too. for breakfast i had a puffin cereal bar. for lunch i had a yogurt and an apple. for snack i had rice cakes. then i went to the gym and did the tread mill for 30 minutes, 300 crunches, and weight lifting on the machines. for dinner my mom is making chicken tacos(grilled chicken, lettuce, tomato and a little cheese in a taco shell) and some organic brown rice. how did i do today?

Ht. 5'2, Wt. start:195 now:186 - hey every one... for about 3 weeks now i have been 186 lbs which is ok because im maintaining my weight and not gaining but 185 is my 10lbs and i really want to get it, im stuck and the more im 186 the owrse i get, like im alaways craving candy ice cream cheeses freis and i cant stop , please some one help me what should i do to get out of this hole.. oh nd ne ideas on what to eat when ur home and theres nothing thats healthy or at least apealin.. i have pink eye..eww.. please help sry this is soo long

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 160 - Hey, I know with my height that my weight may not seem too big, but I have a trouble area. It's my hip/thigh/butt area, all of my leg area. I really need help. I want some advice as to exercises or whatever that will help this problem by Christmas time. I want my new jeans/pants to be smaller sizes. Thanks.

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 204 - Hey, I want a weight loss buddy. Every weight loss buddy I've had only emails me like once or twice, and then they stop. I would really like someone who is around my age, within a year prefferably, and no more than two inches taller or shorter than me, and within like 10-20 pounds of me. Ht. 5'11, Wt. """ - Hey evryone... so i started eating really healthy today! I almsot didn't and I almost went to McDonalds and got my favorite breakfast! But instead I just ate a yogurt and had a glass of water.. then later this morning I had a cup of coffee.. to wake me up a little bit ( is coffee bad for you?) Then at 1 p.m. i had a can of v8 which is only 70 calories and i'm going to eat a banana right now... i'm going to eat dinner at 5:30 ( what should i eat?) I decided I'm going to be a vegetarian for a year! Just for fun.. also tommorow I'm going to start no milk or dairy products either. ( i had cream in my coffee) .. and i forgot that yogurt also has milk in it.. so i'm gonna try something different for breakfast.. any ideas for a breakfast without dairy products ? lol.. maybe a really healthy breakfast bar.. does anyone know of any , and where you get them? ( not the kellogs one , those are loaded with sugar)..

Ht. 5'4", Wt. started 210 now 175 - i just started excercising like 3 days ago and i run for 1 miunte them walk 1 minute and i keep alternating for 20 minutes but since im not used to it my legs are sore so should i relax tonight and start tomorrow or just keep doin what im doin????

sup, me not so good becuase I just transfered schools from La Joya to Divisidaro and it sucks so bad because im used to rich prepy kids who r overly friendly.lets just say they arent friendly or prepy there.I mean that the pop is like 60% mex,30% asian, 15% black and 5% white. So it just so happens that Im white so every body ignores me for that,or they ignore me b/c of the school i went to {refering La Joya}. b/c of the way some peeps act and and what they say. such as in a preepy way.no one will realy talk 2 me not even my teachers. Then i found out that my best friend at Lj was crying b/c i trancfered away and she missed me.Well g2g.AIMP
