Ht. 5'6, Wt. 190 ish - Hey, y'all! I'm going to England on Friday (YAY!) for about nine days, to visit my mom. (She is there for the semester.) Anyways, she doesn't have a car there, so she has to walk everywhere she goes (or take a train, depending on where it is she is going). So, since I will be there for a little over a week, I will be doing a lot of walking, too. How much weight do you guys think I could lose in that time if I am walking EVERYWHERE I go? Around two pounds? Three? More? Less? What do y'all think?

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 170 eek !! - Lilly - to be completely fit you dont need to be 105 lbs. 105 pounds is to skinny for anybody thats taller than 5'1".. just because thats how much models way, thats not whats healthy. not as far as im concerned, people come on to this sight to lose weight, which makes them haelthy. and look better, but the whole point is not to make yourself sick and look like a twig !!

Ht. 5'1", Wt. 168 - ive been keeping track of what im eating, how many calories and how many carbs for each meal, any snacks, and the excercise that i do in kind of like a food diary, and it seems to be helping me stick to my diet a lot more than i would. i have to say if i didnt find this website i would be totally unmotivated.

I'm not fat, if I Asked anyone they would say no... but also no one would guess that I weigh 177 pounds.. even though I am pretty tall ( 5'11) my boyfriend thinks i'm beautiful and tells me I don't need to lose weight and I'm perfect the way I am ( of course my bf is gonna tell me that right? lol) well even if he does think im perfect.. im not happy.. in fact i'm depressed.. Ht. 5'8, Wt. 175ish - Hey everyone! Today for breakfast I had : 1 cup raisin bran,3/4 cup milk and a banana. Lunch : Small salad, w/ lil oranges, and a small roll. Snack after school : 1 cup raisin bran, 3/4 cup milk and a banana. Dinner : A salad. How did I do?? I'm gonna work out tonight for 30 min, do 100 sit ups and 30 push ups.

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 170 eek !! - brek - kashi bar, yogurt lunch- 1/2 turkey sandiwch, carrots, 100 cal pack snack- these baked munch em things (140 calories) and carrot sticks other snack - chocolate chips eeekk dinner - i think im gonna have an omlette i dont really have time to excersice either because i have ccd and tons of homework its not one of my better days, ughh

Ht. 5"4, Wt. 135 - How did I do breakfast rice crispy bar small one lunch a lil bit of turkey and mashed potatoes and ice cream snack rice crispy bar and I dont no what I should have for supper any advice??? ocasionally everynight before I go to bed which is around 10:30 pm I do like 3 sets of 50 crunches and 3 sets of 45 crunches on my side stomach is that a good plan or should I do more excerise

Ht. 5'1, Wt. Don't wanna kno.. - Heyzzz I think I did better today. I didn't eat breakfast or lunch again I'm to asleep in the morning an at lunch I'm not dealin wit those longs linez. Anyway my mom is goin to start makin me some lunches to take to school what would be healthy enough that I could take to school...I don't like wheat bread ewww ! :) Anywayz I went in the weight room today in PE it was awesome an I went back rideing for 20-30 minutes really fast ridein..it was fun I should get outta the house an do more exercise often :D how did I do today...I kno I should eat breakfast and or lunch but I don't barely...I'll try to eat something for breakfast at least..untill I get to take lunches.. How did I do ?
