Ht. 5'5'', Wt. 195 - can anyone give me any tips on how to lose some weight? i was thinking on tyring to lose 15 lbs a month, is this healthy? i want to get down into my healthy weight range which is 132 or below by may, but i dont know if its healthy or possible. please reply if you have any suggestions or comments.

Start : 171 Now :166 - yeah, a kashi bar does usually keep me full till lunch time , but i have an early lunch which is at 10:30, and i eat breakfast at 6:30.. it has fiber adn protein, so thats really good. usually i have high fiber low fat yogurt with it, so thats a lot of fiber so im always full after that, even wehn i dont have lunch until 12.

Ht. .., Wt. .. - okay so today, i eat: 1 banana, healthy choice dinner (290cal.) and a bowl of cereal...I think it sounds pretty good, I use to only eat 1200 calories a day but just eating when ur hungry is working out for me much better.(it doesnt stress me out as much). what do u guys think?? I'm gettig tired....haha...

I just did it and i'm not sweating as much. its getting easier. thats good right? i have a question. at my school, they serve low fat chocolate and regular milk. is that still bad. should i just stick with the water? please respond

Ht. ?, Wt. 20 from goal - i just wanted to say. to loose weight fast u guys have it compltely rigtht. but if u slip up of ur 1300 cal diet or w/e dont beat urself up- u have to realize that eating up to 2500 cals (for most peopel) WONT MAKE U GAIN. but wont help u loose weight the fastest. fastest being key. i just watched the biggest loser and one girl cried when eating out with her friends cuz the food was forbidden". and fried. so im just saying. dont worry about the occasional slip ups there probly better than what u ate before. and if they arent, and your seriously ovbereating then maybe u can worry. so good luck to everyone yuor all inspirign to me :). take care.

I am overweight especially in my legs they are sooo fat. yesterday we went shopping and i couldnt fit into my regular size. i got home and i weighted my sel. i was 3 poumds more. the thing is i have been trying to loose weight for so long but i always give up. does anybody have any good exercises that will help me loose weight in my legs inside part. i also have some belly that hangs over the blue jean.
