Ht. not tall, Wt. fat - when i look at myself i see fat around my waist and chest and ab area (including sides). I really want to lose the weight and i want to at least look better by Christmas... any advice... btw i am a guy.

Don't wanna kno. - Heyz everybody, I think I did ok today unlike other dayz but anyway I ate a bowl of cheerios for breakfast and lunch I ate a cheesburger and a carton of milk instead of the peanut butter sandwhich I had made for today. In PE we were playing volleyball and the last 5-10 minutes we had to run because we were bein loud an other crap. After school I made a taco I was hungry and not sure what else to make nothin healthy here really and then I went for a bike ride 7 blockz to my friends house and we were running around and jumping on her trampoline for a while like 20 minutes and then I went home which was another 7 blockz. How did I do today...

Ht. 5'9", Wt. 220 - hey guys i'm an overweight teen and I'm really having touble figuring out how to lose weight. i live in a town where there are no gyms and there is one foot of snow constantly on the ground. i'm stressing out due to school and family problems and i dont have any close friends i need some great tips on how to lose weight and feel good about myself and i'd like to make some friends too sooo if your interested in helping me out please i would very much appreciate it.

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 170 - I need help quick! I'm going away down south really soon. A few months. I need to lose weight for it. My stomach really isn't bad at all. Actually, my whole upper body is fine. The problem is the lower part. I have a huge butt (genetics), haha. I have big, thick, blubbery legs and I hate it so bad. I don't care about my upper part at all but my bottom part is horrible. Will someone please give me tips as to how to lose weight from that area, quick and that doesn't take an extreme amount of time to do each day. Also, I hate this but does anyone know how to get rid of stretch marks? I have them on my hips and it's awful. I can't wear bikinis or anything *sigh*. Will you guys please help me? I'm so desperate and I feel disgusting. Thanks so much.

Ht. 5'9, Wt. 205!!!!!!!! - I have just recently put on a whole lot of weight!!!! i had a drug problem got clean and replaced my addiction with food! It sucks. I've never been so overweight, unhappy and depressed in my life!!!! I just want the old me back. I'm trapped in this freakin overweight body. I'm not a freak. the drug problem just came from hanging around the wrong people. I've overcame alot and have got my life back. Now I need my body back!!!! =( somebody please e-mail me. Ht. 5'4.5", Wt. 220 lbs - Ok has anybody heard of the rice diet? I think I am going to give it a try. Ok so basically all you eat is rice and fruit and occasionally sometimes if you want to you can have oatmeal in the morning for breakfast. Do you think I should do it? Ht. 5ft and 1/2 in, Wt. 150 - TIPS: try not to eat at all between meals. It dosn't sound like it would work, but it'll make a huge difference. Its also pretty hard. and try to drink alot of water. Try to drink only water.

I do this 3 to 5 times a week.. I actually run for more than 45 mins.. the most time i ran on a treadmill was 78 mins 27 secs... it read.. i burned 1060 calories and 334 calories fat.. WOW!! i never done this before... just today i ran for 74mins burning about 1003 calories and 313fat calories... well not only i run, after treadmill i also Do wiehgts not so much just for 15mins just to maintainmy body.... then i rest for 3 hours or less then i ride my bicycle or i walk outside... This is all in one day... and i do it 5 times a week....I do both aerobic and aenerobic exercise.. After i work i dont eat after 1 hour or 2...sometimes i get hungry all the time after i exercise for lont hours...well on food???? I actually cut down on it...i drink water about little less than a gallon..(3/4gal.)every day.... Im still in progreess and still few 15+punds over wiehgt...i need to work harder.. my goal is 145 or little bit less about 135 is fine for me.. WEll just remember the less weight you have the harder to burn it...must work hard... Well, that's it told my whole execise plan...... Ht. 5', Wt. 184 - hey, when me and my squad went to cheering camp, me got measured for our uniforms. they dont make one big enough for me. the top ends right at the top of my ribs, and the skirt starts at my bellybutton and ends right below my butt. my belly sticks out and pooches over the top. the coach told me that i either had to lose a lot of weight, or they wouldnt allow me to cheer. im out for the season with a knee injury. and now i wont be able to exercise at all! help me!
