Ht. 5'9", Wt. 220 - hey guys, for a week now i've been bringing my water bottle to every class and i go thru about a bottle a class and 2 bottles at lunch (though i have to pee alot) I have lost 4 lbs, im down to 197lbs now and feeling good about myself. if any one wants to email me anything or wants to stay in touch my email is caitiez97@hotmail.com

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 208 - Well, I am back from vacation, and I gained about a pound and a half and last week I gained a pound and a half also. So I have gained like 5 pounds back of my 15 that I had lost. But now I am really motivated, and I HAVE to get down at least to 150 by my senior prom which is in May, but I would like to get down to 135 by then. My family goes out to eat ALOT so I am planning on when we go out to eat to eat half of what I order and save the rest for another time, or let somebody else eat my leftovers. And especially for this month only eat a little bit of sweets on Saturdays ONLY. When I am at home, I am gonna try to eat as healthy as possible, which reminds me, while I was on vacation, I discovered that I now like salads...YAY, finally!!! Ht. 5'7, Wt. 185 - I am so happy. I have now lost 37 pounds. I am going the mall tomoroow cause all my clothes now falls off. I especially lot weight around my legs stomach and arms but still have a big butt and fat hips. Any way, I havent weighed this much since I was 10. yeay!!!

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 176 - Help i cant get back on track i gained 2 pounds this week :(. I do well during the morning and afternoon but when i get home from school i just munch out and it all just keeps goin downhill from there and i need motivation to do at least and hours worth of working out. Ht. 5"2, Wt. 144 - i havent started any type of diet or exercise program because like i said im clueless when it comes to weight loss so does anyone know what foods exactly to eat everyday but it has to be food i most likely have cuz i dont have any money to buy any food. and what types of exercises make your stomach and thighs smaller. does anyone know of any website or something that has a diet plan and tells you exactly what to eat and do cuz that would be helpful too ,thanx

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 150 + - how dig is everyones bellys and what do you weigh i ave a realy bad thing that happend 2 me da other day coz i tried on some pants in my size and they were so small i could not fasten them and the zip came down and belly hung out and went 4 next size upp and she said they dont stock clothes for larger women ! i feel so fat help me anny 1 wanna b my diet partner?

Im all happy cos last night my mum got me and my older sister whos 17 to get on the scales, and i found out I WEIGH LESS THAN HER FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE!!!
I went through my life being the fat one out of the 2 sisters. She was ALWAYS way skinny, and i was always fat!! And i used to be so jelous of her, cos everyone would prefer her to me cos she was prettier. But now she's put loads of weight on while ive been losing it and now i can fit in her clothes and she weighs more than me. AHAHAHA :D
Working hard to lose weight totally pays off!!

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 152 - ok ive lost 8 lbs already but i want to get down as far as i can before christmas! How much do u guys think i could lose?
i was thinking maybe 4 lbs a week? is that too much, if i excercise and cut out all of the junk and the soda can i lose 4 lbs a week? i sure do hope so!! please reply! <3333

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 170ish? - Hey everyone! Today was a awesome day!! I went shopping and got a pair of 13 juniors jeans and two size L shirts at Kohl's then I went to areopostale and got a pair of 11/12 jeans and two L shirts. All juiors sizes. I'm so happy I'm finally getting new clothes. Since I'm at a size I like for now my mom is giving me money to by clothes every chance she can. I hope everyone else is making there goals! Good luck everyone! By the way today I ate ... Breakfast - Homemade oatmeal (150 cals), Lunch - Chicken w/ rice (300 - 400 cals?) snack - Small root bear float , dinner - homemade oatmeal (150 cals).. yes I know the root beat float wasen't good for me but it was a small not a M or L so it was ok. Gotta treat yourself once in a while lol. So how did I do?

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 175ish? - Hey everyone! I finally reached my goal of 11 in juniors! I'm stoppin dieting for a while. Or should I say not dieting so harshly. I'll still work out each night but only like for 30-40 min no more 70,80,90, or even 100 min workouts. It took me a year to lose my 60 + pounds but it's all worth it! I'm so happy with my body now. Well getting there I suppose.
How did I do today? Breakfast - Oatmeal (150 cals), Lunch - Small Garden Salad and a propel (250 cals?), Dinner - Salad and maybe some sphagetti. (didn't eat dinner yet lol) Snack - Banana and 4 lil rice cakes (130 cals) (Serving size 8, total cals - 60). I will be working out tonight for about 30 - 35 min. Doing 100 sit ups and 30 push ups. So how did I do?
