Ht. 5'8, Wt. 180 - Hey, i think i have gained my weight back, darn. My mom made a huge christmas dinner, it was so good! but my new years resolotion is to weigh 130-140 ish by this time next year, do you think i can do it?

Ht. 5'6, Wt. more then it looks - woo i grew an inch lol sorry i only just measured my height today after a year .. i was soo proud! lol anways.. todays eating wasnt the best but it wasnt outrageous like it has been in the past and i have found that i havent been eating as much as i use to but i havent weighed my self so who knows if its helping....today i did 10 miles on my exercise bike yay go me! and 25 situps and 25 cross crunches! well to every one thats starting a diet heres a tip dont think about what your eating think about how much like today i wanted a chocolate bar so i was like hm... ok ill have one but i only ate half and next time i want one ill eat the other half...i know its hard to just put the thing down when your eating so just split in half once you get it that part isnt hard at all , also start an excersize plan that you can make a habit of every day because then you will never get off track! well goodluck

Ht. 5ft5, Wt. *** - what is the most effective way of burning fat? I dont have one of those glider things or a swimmin pool to go to in the winter... would the tredmill be one? The tredmill seems much harder then the stationary bike but i dunt kno about cals. Plz respond...

Ht. 5'6'', Wt. 160 - omg, i feel like i have gained a bagillian pounds from christmas and i don't know what to do!!! like even my face looks chubbier? its soo wierd, i might be a little paranoid, but i really want to lose 30 lbs by formal,february... is that even possible, i mean excersize 2 hours a day for waterpolo, and i eat healthy, maybe i should just not eat carbs? i don't really know, but i feel even larger, and i think i gained those 10 lbs back! i need serious guidance!

Ht. 5'10, Wt. 185 - hey everybody....im very athletic i play basketball and when bsketball is over i am on the track team...i run alot on these two sports....but i still end up gaining weight or staying the same weight...why aint i losing weight? i dont just eat all the time so..whats the problem? PLEASE help!

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 185 ish - Hey, y'all! I know I have put up tons of posts, but I am really proud of myself. I didn't lose any weight, but I found the greatest outfit to wear to the mall today, and I look fantastic! I think guys were checking me out! I just want to say that it takes time to reach a goal, but in the meantime, you can still look great (and hot!)!!!!! P.S. The shirt I wore is a halter top from Wet Seal that my sister gave me -- extra large but oh well! Looks great and the neck strap is adjustable!

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 175 - hey im just having a lil bit of problems with getting back to my normal wieght from when i had my baby but i used to not really have to exersize that much besides like sit ups and i cant really go for many walks with a baby in the snow so if you think u can help telling me about any indoor exersizes diets that can help with slimming thighs and lower stomache that wud really be great my email dark_gray_flower@hotmail.com
