my cousin was overweight too. but when she and her fiance' moved to an apartment in new york, they were broke so to save money they sold there car. and walked everywhere if it was 10 miles or less from there home. they also went on a fruit diet for a couple months where for example they would eat an apple and a half cup of milk for breakfeast, for lunch they would eat a banana and full cup of water, and dinner they would eat an apple and banana, and 1 1/2 cups of water. she lost 60 pounds in 4 months. i tried the diet for 2 days but the temptatiopn was too much. i hope this helped anyone.

Does anyone try to look at their toes and can't? Doesn't it feel like u are pregnant. I am 12 and now weigh 203! i wake up in the morning and say to myself loose this weight. But by the end of the day i have already eaten like 10 snacks!! I need a weightloss buddy and i need some good advice. so i can actually look at my toes. please help me. thank u
