do 12 reps of 2 sets of the following exercises: push-ups which will help your arms,squats and lunges which will help your legs, hips and butt and do tricep dips which will help your triceps (the back of your arm). and do 50 crunches to help flatten and tighten your stomach. And eat what you want except in small portions and only when you are hungry.
