Ht. 5"0", Wt. 145 - Also i want to loose atleast 10" inches of my waist and bell mystomach around is 55inches i want to be at leat 26" or so! help i am so fat i need help! i am sad! i suck in belly fast so people dont see how fat i am its kinda sad for me to do it! around my whole stomach it's 55" and when i suck in it's like 30" thats were i want to be HELP!

Ht. 5"0", Wt. 145 - HI! my name is nicole and i am 5'0" tall and weigh 145lbs. All my friends are really skinny! and we eat the same food! i play softball almost everyday and 45 crunches a day and then i run on the treadmill for 15 minutes! i tried eating nonfatty foods for a monthand salad and sruff like that and i gained ten lbs so now i weigh 155! help!!!
