Ht. 5'6, Wt. 138 - yeah!! i funally broke the 140 wall even though i cheated(hehe) cus i had surgery for my back and i gained 2 inches and lost like 5-10 pounds. when i get home from shool instead of having a snack i'm going to have dinner at 5:00.

Ht. 5'0, Wt. 180 - this isnt really for me its for my brother ricky he is 7 years old 4'2 230 pounds with a BMI of 64.8 he is weigh 80 pounds more than me when i am twice his age my mum gives him wat ever he wants and my dad wont give him any thing with sugar in it and if he doesnt get it he will have a screaming fit and then go running to mum for food

Ht. 5.2, Wt. 130 - for some reason i didnt lose any weight this week. i try to lose weight a healthy way this is what i do i eat a bowl of cerial for breakfast i eat school lunch and i always cut my desserts in half. i eat dinner at 4;30 and dont eat after 5 and drink tons of water.and have 2 hours of excersize. am i doing something wrong? and how much wight do u think i should lose.
