Did i eat healthy today? I really want to lose 20 pounds my first accomplish plz reply back!

For example, if you eat five fat free cookies, it would have been better to eat one REAL cookie. Try the 90/10 diet. It helped be go from a size 6 to a size 2! You eat 90% healthy foods - and then every day you can have one little bit of something you love (I always have a square of chocolate) just to keep you satisfied!

I get off the bus at his house, then ride 1/2 a mile to CVS to get a magazine etc. then we ride to my house a mile away which is also 1/2 amile away from his.
