Ht. 5'8", Start: 211 lb, Today: 305 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 180 lb - Hi folks, it's me again. After my last post with your good hints and commentaries I really tried again to diet. And I lost 10 lbs! Yay. But then I really got the urge to eat again - to eat lots. And so I did. And I gained it all back plus some. I'm again at my heaviest, more than 300 lbs, unbelievable. I've gotten too fat to do any sports. I can't walk longer distances, I'm totally unfit. I really don't know what to do. Is anybody here in a similar situation?

Ht. 5'3", Start: 210 lb, Today: 213 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 120 lb - waaaaaa i dont no wh at happened i did everything! Everything last week i weighed 208 n now 213 wtf im so madd goddd i might as well go walk 100 miles n i wnt loose a pound god!

Ht. 5'0", Start: 200 lb, Today: 150 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 125 lb - I feel really fat right now. A few years ago in sophomore year, I weighed 186 lbs but I didn't feel as fat as I looked. Looking back now I see that I really was unhealthy looking. I lost around 20 pounds during junior year and then lost weight during the summer to come to 150. But then we moved and I was around 142. Now I'm back at 150. I realize that I'm regressing. My goal is 125 and I want to do whatever possible to make this goal. Eat only when I'm hungry, good exercise, water not juice or pop, no candy, no fast food except maybe fries one week during lunch. I WILL PREVAIL fat! You can't stick on me!

Ht. 5'7", Start: 195 lb, Today: 198 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 174 lb - hey, i'm currently about 195lbs, back in march 2009 i started working out and eating right and i lost about 40lbs and by july, 2009 i was at my lowest, weighing 160lbs, since then i have gained pretty much all of the weight back which is very discouraging. over the last half a year or so i have been trying to eat healthy and workout regularly again but have been having a difficult time. but, now i am seriously gonna do it again bc i remember how good it felt to lose the weight the first time and how much more confident and healthy i was afterwards. wish me luck :)
oh, and this is my short term goal: i want to be 174lbs by April 31. so that's about 3lbs a week, which i know is a reasonable goal for me bc that's what i did before.

But we had softball cuts and i got cut it was really un expected but the reason for me getting is really stupid.. i got cut for not being happy enough she said i was top depressed.. But any-who since then ive gained like 2.4 pounds which isn't that bad i plan on starting my diet tomorrow again... i plan on going to the park and running with my other friend thats trying to lose weight i hope to lose 35 pounds by May 31.. So Wish me luck..

Iv been doing good but today i ate CHocolate and too much ughhh my mom bought some and ughh n its like why she bought lots of it too its easter candy oo man! I workout just about everyother day ooo and i walk at least 10000 steps a day (5 miles) BUT my mom is always eaten out! :(( But o well i am trying oo i weigh in every friday!

Ht. 5'6", Start: 190 lb, Today: 190 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 145 lb - I just started all this, I joined a gym with my boyfriend. We work out three times a week. Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I need some tips on my diet, I'm not the best eater. If I work I tend not to eat until 3pm and I eat alot when I get home. Can anyone give me some pointer??

Ht. 6'0", Start: 255 lb, Today: 239.8 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 155 lb - ive been slacking the past week and have been eating horrible...HORRRIBLE....spring break is 2 weeks away. im gonna try to get to 230 by then. only eating salads and working out everyday for 2 hours... wish me luck :] and ill let you kno how im doin next monday with my update...hope evvveryone is doing well!!!

I've been gaining and losing the same 25 pounds for about two years now, and last wednesday (3/10/10) I decided I'm gonna do this for real this time. I've been eating really clean and healthy since wednesday, and working out for 30 minutes every day! I'm so ready to do this:) I'll weigh myself every Wednesday and keep everyone updated. We can do this together guys...we just need to support each other!!!:)

Ht. 5'0", Start: 135 lb, Today: 135 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 115 lb - ive been trying to get back to my original for about two years now. the lowest ive been since that time was 127 but even now ive gained more weight. i havent grown since the 115. it seems like i can go a day being good, but within the next day im off the wagon, where i sometimes binge at night. any general tips or pieces of advice?

I was looking through some of my old posts and LAUGHING OUT LOUD at them. I've been coming to this site since I was 12 years old. That's almost 5 years! It's funny to see all the stuff I used to talk about from when I was that age. Sadly, I STILL haven't lost weight. I'm about the same as I was in September. I'm really REALLY going to try this time. If anyone wants to talk, you should reply to this! It seems like nobody ever gets on here anymore.

Ht. 5'7", Start: 300 lb, Today: 290 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 200 lb - I got on the Wii Fit expecting to lose alot.. But only a pound Ugh.. I have been working out everyday(6-7) days a week and eating healthy.. Yes I went from a size 20 to an 18 but.. in 2 months I should of lost mre than 10 pounds.. its very depressing. AHHHHHHHH. What else can I do?

Ht. 5'4", Start: 179 lb, Today: 185 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 110 lb - i gained another 15 pounds! ahh im sooo mad. and its becoming increasingly hard fer me to exercise. i mean, i have the time to use my treadmill, but im soo unconditioned i cant even jog 5mph fer a minute! thats pretty pathetic. i remember wen i was skinny and i cud run as fast as i can fer like half an hour. how could i possibly b this out of shape?? ugh i know im gona hav to build up to it again but im waaaayyy too impatient. i cant stand this. my mom used to b soo supportive of me and now even she is calling me bad namees! FML

i really need peoples help. i have reciently gained over 30lbs. I started gaining around thanksgiving and am getting heavier. my friends and family are starting to notice and comment about my weight. Most of the weight has gone to my belly, which is getting really chubby. none of my pants fit anymore and i just feel really horrible coz i have gained the weight so quickly. some of the weight has also gone to my face, and i have got a little bit of a double chin.
im not a huge weight but i am worried coz i have gained so much reciently and dont want to get any bigger. any help ? advice? or a weight loss buddy would be really appriciated
