I understand how important breakfast but i usually wake up at 11 or 11:30 am so i don't feel like breakfats then like an hour later i eat lunch, is that ok?

Eat Less Excersize More.It really isnt that hard to understand .. if you are trying to lose weight fast, go by that phrase, if you are trying to lose weight long term, go by that phrase, you dont need any machines or any programs, free weights are the best. if you try hard to eat less and excersize more then you will be completely fine and notice results. those four simple words are just the general picture in weight loss. if you want to get to the insides of it then go ahead, but you will always end up realizing that the answer to weight loss/toning has been with you all the time. its just a fact, youve known what you need to do and its your choice to put your knowledge, that has always been with you, to use. my new diet incentive plan is gonna be ot reward myself with pedicures, manicures, massages, hair hightlights or new accesories if i lose my two pounds for that week. this way i will be skinnier and prettier, not that those things will make me pretty but they boost confidence. i am not gonna reward myself with new clothes just yet cause i want to buy new clothes when i am skinnier, not when i am still fat. does anyone else have any other ideas on ways i could reward myself?

itz day #2 4 mi period...i woke up at 10:45...had a slim fast on tha way 2 cheer practice...had practice from 12-4....we had 2 run n get timed on 2 miles 2 warm up then did jumps, tumbled, then learned cheers n dances 4 2morrow NINE hour camp i hafta teach at 2morrow....then i came home n ate like a handful of mini chocolate candies cuz i wuz decoratin a spirit stick n i had extra haha so yah im not gunna eat dinner....<3

ok i think i got a good diet plan, b4 when i would diet i would be misrable and turn down food when my faimly made me go out to eat and i couldnt even go see an awesome movie becuase fo the popcorn. now when i go out i will eat the food but im small portions and when im home i'lll only drink water (who needs pop anyway?) and eat alot of fruit along with my meals but not completely cut sugar becuase i would feel deprived. and i'll exercize 1/2 hr. everyday! i gotta lose 8+ lbs by aug. 23rd, Can i do it???? if i can do that can i lose 12-15 by sept. 10th?? becuase im in a play and i will b performing in front of alot of people for the 1st time in my life, ahhhhh!
