Eat Less Excersize More.It really isnt that hard to understand .. if you are trying to lose weight fast, go by that phrase, if you are trying to lose weight long term, go by that phrase, you dont need any machines or any programs, free weights are the best. if you try hard to eat less and excersize more then you will be completely fine and notice results. those four simple words are just the general picture in weight loss. if you want to get to the insides of it then go ahead, but you will always end up realizing that the answer to weight loss/toning has been with you all the time. its just a fact, youve known what you need to do and its your choice to put your knowledge, that has always been with you, to use.
