Hi I am 15 and I am extrememly over weight! I would never normally say something like that about my self but I am! MY friends tell me I am not fat but I know I am! They are all really skinny too. I want to weing like between 100 to 115 pounds! I know that is a long ways to go from where I am at now! I want to loose as much as I can before school starts in September! And it is the end of July! Can some one please help me! I want to loose a lot of weight before school! I know I probably think I don't want to or am not responsible enough to try and loose the weight but I need to! So Please help I need the help to be healthy but most of all HAPPY!! Thank you to you if you can help me.

Start: 150 lb, Today: 170 lb - Hiya! 5 days ago I weighed 150lbs. I weighed myself today and I was 170lbs!!! I can't beleive I put on so much weight in that amount of time! Ok, so I was at 3 parties during the week and ate ALOT! My mom has to go out and by me a whole new wardrobe! None of my clothes fit me and I've just completly balloned out! Hey I am feeling really well about myself I havent weighed myelf yet but I am feeling better bout myself. I have been eating healthy cutting what i eat in half drinking alot of water. I rode my bike for a while today and did 50 crunches and 20 leg lifts I hope when i get home this weekend i can weigh myself and I will be 172 then i ill be happy. well gotta go im me on aim at lilislander07 or email me a sweetie1855@msn.com thanx

i know im not overweight but im short and i feel like i eat to much during the day. i eat snacks whenever im bored but i always go walk my dog or go on bikerides with my sister. i need someones help what can help me contain me to stop eating so many snacks during the day so i can still be healthy and happy about the way i look.

Ok. I have been lifting weights for about a month and still see NO CHANGES!! It is getting really annoying!! I want to have more muscle and it's not happening...any reason why?? I don't do it everyday so it couldn't be that. And also if walking up hills doesn't work your upper thighs then what will?? When I was walking uphills, all it did was give my calfs a workout!! Someone please help...thanxs
