Hi i am 5 foot 4 inches the weight calculator says i am over weight so i came here to loose some of my fat i am 12 and i weigh 156 pounds i play select basketball wich has never helped me loose any weight. i need to loose 20 lbs. by september 3. what should i do? pllllleeeeeaaaaassssseeeee help me asap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey, I'm 13, 5'9", and way 190lbs. I was so skinny whne I wa slittle but then a couple of years ago I started gaining sooo much wieght. I wanna lose like 40 lbs but any wieght amount would be ok. ok people, as well as being RAW, im also gonna totaly limit my caloire intake to 1400-1600 cal perday. i think im not going to stay 100%raw, but 50% so i can get more carbs and such from cooked breads.i think my day might look like thisb: fresh fruit salad, with seasoning and raw wheat germs: fresh apple, slicedl:salad with tomatoes and dried pita bread chipss:"raw" bread(dehdrated of couse) with homemade hummus and some cashewsd:veggie rolls with fresh peanut sauce and soaked wild riced:

You do not get all of the nessecary protiens that your cells need for nessesary body functions, and you will get very weak over time. It's not a very good way to lose weight! wow, people here are getting stupid!

ok, people want to know a great way to lose weight? try a vegan raw foods diet! you eat only fresh living uncooked fruits,seed&nuts,and vegetables.i recomend going to sites like vegetarianteen.com or veggieboards.com for more info and support!i highly reccomend this over Fatkins! cuz u can eat all the fresh healthy foods you want, enjoy good taste, no cholestrol, AND lose weight!
